My order got lost for almost an hour but thankfully Gabe had some sense and was able to find it. Paid 45$ a board for 2x12x16s and they brought me a split one that I made them replace. And then I get home and one has a saw mark in it

I was able to find exactly what I wanted on sale right at the front of the store, and it was a holiday special!

Been shopping this store longer then most employees here have been alive. Its nice knowing where everything in store is, whats frustrating is not knowing how much of an item is in stock or whether theyll have what i need. When will this store finally bring a tool rental to this store? Idaho falls is a great example of this but thats a long ways away

Ryan and Will in the appliance department were very helpful, professional and courteous. They were patient and easy to work with.

Staff knows where everything is in the store, and if they don't, they look it up. They do a good job at this location.

I've heard that Dan, the paint man, is retiring. This makes me sad as he's always been amazingly helpful and quick with a smile and hello as you pass his counter. I wish him the best for the rest of his years. Meantime, he's passed on his eagerness to help and much of his knowledge to the next generation. I was blessed to work with Emmy on a complicated stain need recently and was very impressed. She was patient, friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. Home Depot paint department is in good hands again!

Each associate that I came in contact with was eager to help and very friendly. I purchased concrete landscaping blocks to be delivered to my home. They were very accomodating.

I am military retired and very mindful of my spending. I get a great veteran discount on non wood items. I invite all to shop there, when you look for help they go out of there way to make sure you are satisfied. If they can not help they will call another sales person to help.

I purchased redwood about a month ago to rebuild my deck. Misty helped me at the store with my purchase and was more than professional. My material were delivered to my home and I was amazed at the quality that I received. The whole experience was as good as I have ever had in lumber materials. I am a retired contractor of 44 years.

This is our main store for home and work needs. The product is generally well priced, and I can usually find what I need. The employees are generally friendly but not always super helpful and sometimes hard to locate. But I have the app that shows where everything I need is, so it’s pretty easy to shop.

Needed to find 11 gauge welded mesh fencing. Bought 16 gauge welded mesh fencing.

I bought a grinder a month ago. Love the item and works perfectly.

The Pocatello Home Depot will not honor a coupon for $20 off a $200 purchase from my ProAccount perks. Caleb, the manager maintains that a gift card is a money exchange and prohibited in the fine prints. Well, I showed him the coupon fine prints and did not mention gift cards are prohibited. I explained that a Home Depot is exclusive to Home Depot and cannot be used anywhere else like money. Caleb maintains that his corporate bosses will agree with him so it doesn't make sense to appeal his decision. In the past, a coupon has stated gift cards are prohibited, but in this case it was not. I guess a purchase of $200 or more is there lost.

I ordered a product to the wrong store quickly called customer service and they were no help at all. They weren’t even interested in helping. I have been dealing with Home Depot for a few years with my side business and personal projects and it is CONSTANT headache, if things don’t go perfectly I know it will be a battle every step of the way. To top this, things out of my control with your stores and online systems have CONSTANT ISSUES.

Example; 'stuff', for example 😐

Great selection. If not in store, there is a possibility of having the item shipped there. Free of charge...as long as it is an item in their warehouse.

I am happy with this store and the checkout girls but when you need to find something and you can't you can't find nobody to help you find it it's like they disappear

If you need paint made from a speck piece to match something, Home Depot is your store

We went to the Pocatello store to get more paint to finish a project we started a year ago. We did not have the type of paint information that we had used; however, the man at the paint area was able to help us find the right kind and color, and told us much more information about the paint and this area regarding painting than anyone had before. We appreciated his knowledge and help.

I have been shopping this store for over 20 years now. But the last few years the service the materials and tools have gone to poop. Maybe not the tools themselves, but access to any of them is like trying to break a comrade from prison. Its ridiculuos, and then when you do get your tool your expected to meet your tool at the counter as if you had no more shopping to do. Im tired of been watched when i shop and followed as if i were stealing something. I have literally reached my limit with the help at this store. treating your best customers like thieves will backfire and byte you in the butt in the long run, especially when i have spent over 300k in the 20 years ive been going here. Train your people and get some cameras

As a woman, I was a little confused on some of the items specs, we shopped in a few different departments & every employee was friendly & helpful, some knew the products so well, they educated us on alot of things we didn't know. The only disappointment was the cashier in Customer Service, no smiles, greeting, or acknowledgement as we stood in line. Other than that, our shopping experience was amazing.
