Samantha at Pro always has a smile and makes sure my orders are pulled and ready.

This store is clean and well stocked. Employees are helpful but if you need something down from the rafters be prepared to wait up to an hour.

Found some great xmas gifts

I was in this store for over an hour and not one employee asked to help me so I had to use my app to find what I wanted & the phone signal seems blocked forcing the use of the HD Wi-Fi. Waited over 45 minutes for a fork lift operator to pull down sheets of wood that they seemed reluctant to do until I told them I was buying more than one sheet to make it worth their while. Multiple other bays were empty with the stock on the high rails so as I was waiting many other customers just walked off not wanting to wait.

Staff is friendly and helpful and is intent in helping find products.

I am Working on my 3rd remodeling project… I can discuss my wants and needs of a project, and they are there to help bring them about, either with products or advice anpbout it.

I have always received great customer service at this location. They are very helpful in finding the products I need.

Pocatello Store and associates spent time helping me fix a "snafu" with my THD rewards program, and though it took time, and a few call to tech support, they saw it thru and I am so happy to have my rewards working properly now! It would have been easy for anyone of them to "pass the buck" I was happy to get the issue resolved. Since then - I have increased my frequency of shopping and spending at Home Depot, even at the Nampa and Meridian Stores. Pocatello is the cleanest, friendliest and most helpful! I appreciate that in my experience, each person has been willing to take the time it takes to help and get things done! Thank You Poky Team!

I enjoy going into the Pocatello Home Depot and being able to find what I need for home projects. I like that when needing help there is always someone around willing to help and does it with a smile, makes the experience better over all and makes me want to spend my money at this location.

I often come to Home Depot to get supplies for work and things at home. Everyone is always friendly and helpful! They have superior products that are great priced and even better quality! Usually my go to!

Connor helped me choose the right size & style of blinds & cut them perfectly to fit the width of our window. Several other employees greeted me and/or smiled as I was walking through the store. Exceptionally friendly & I had multiple opportunities to ask for help if I needed it. Such a refreshing change from most large stores these days!!!

Aaron in the paint section was very knowledgeable and got me what I needed right away. Was professional and very polite! Hannah who was our cashier was also friendly and polite!

Not one friendy employee. From the front door to the you scan yourself register. I shop at least 1x a week. I've never encountered a friendly or helpful employee.

We have really enjoyed having this particular Home Depot store in our town, and so very close for us. We consider the town of moderate to comparably small in relation to some towns where we have dwelt; Nevertheless, we are very happy that our town is big enough to build here, and yet cordial enough to make us feel at home, and part of the local community. It's nice to drive less than a mile, and be able to get just about everything on our construction, repairs, home and rental updates, gifts, lawn and garden needs, etc. So far, in the many years that we have been shopping at Home Depot, there was only one time they were out of a certain item that we wanted, but within 3 days, they had been able to restock and let us know it was there. Thanks for being there with us.

Love this store and it’s employees! The staff is always helpful and happy. Their management team is top notch and it shows by how much everyone loves their job! Best customer service in town!

The pro desk ladies are the only people in the store who can help with everything. Bambie is the most effective home depot employee and she is the reason I and my crew return. Jill is wonderful and fast and Emma works hard for every customer. The pro desk girls deserve much more recognition!!!

Clean store, friendly associates, and quick customer service! This is one of the more organized HD stores we have been to. High quality service, kudos to management! It starts at the top! Way to train your employees on great customer service! Every department we visited, we were treated with the same professional, and eager to help employees.

I needed a particular tool (cordless Dremel tool) ASAP and found online that your Pocatello store stated that it had 6 in stock, so I went there. It took me 15 minutes to find the tool on display. I found (with difficulty) an associate who spent about 20 minutes or more searching for additional product, finally apologizing and left me.

Home Depot was the only store that had the electric riding lawn mower we wanted in stock that we could pick up today. We were able to check out, but then were sent back and forth around the store because no one could reach the right people to unlock the display model mower we just bought. We greatly appreciated the persistence of the cashier who first helped us to track down and get us to the right place so that we could leave with our purchase. Apparently a store policy had changed recently, which made the process difficult and confusing. While waiting in the garden area, we saw that the store has placed plastic holed netting in the rafters in an effort to keep birds out. Unfortunately, it only serves to keep birds from finding a way out once they get in and there were several dead baby birds laying in the netting, and many other birds flying around the plastic. I can only speculate that birds nested and then couldn't find a way out to get food for the baby birds. This netting is doing nothing to benefit the store and is only causing damage to the birds and the cleanliness and safety of the store.

Brittany, Emma, and Bambie are the only good thing about Home Depot!

The hardware associates and manager are the best.

Day shift employees are great There are a lot of night time employees who should not be in customer service. The night manager Kelly on may 6th 2021 is outright unprofessional and should not be allowed to be a manager or in my opinion an employee anywhere that requires her to work.
