Amazing employees that are very helpful! Everyone was very kind especially Bill and another associate (I can't remember her name). They helped me find an item from my online order that was canceled. Definitely worth the drive from Idaho Falls.

The store employees did not practice current health and safety guidelines. The customer service was sub par.

When I go to home depot I have things I'm working on. This project is time sensitive and I needed some pieces cut. I spoke with Kasey and she informed me the saw was down and they were waiting on a tech to come fix it. With her help and Bambi's I was able to get what I needed and not spend more then what I budgeted for. Now if only they had the rental option back for the van.

The store is neat clean and well run. The employees are knowledegable and friendly. Items are in stock and all organized.

It was easy to find the items I needed and everything was in stock. The checkout person was personable and made checking out at snap. I definitely will be back.

My favorite place, returns in 5 minutes and almost no question ask not like some other places that look like researchers, before you can return anything and they expect you to have the receipt from one year ago , I always find what I need, so I would give them 6 stars

I normally shop in the Idaho Falls store but I was in Pocatello today. The employees were all so helpful! Several of them went out of their way to help us and they were so friendly! Great experience!

Great experience. Staff seemed genuinely happy to see us and answer questions. The app helped us find what we were looking for and the store was clean.

Store has some of the best associates in this town. These people care about this community. I am always seeing them in the paper for all the volunteer work they do.

This store layout is very good to easily find what your looking for. If you can't find something the employees are always helpful and knowledgeable to get you on your way. 1/12/2020 we were in the store to purchase an exterior door. Cameron helped us pick it out, loaded door onto cart for us. He had several big items to move to get to door & did so with no complaints. Jessie was at the check out. Very nice & friendly. As we were loading the door Rosendo came out & helped us load & secure door in truck. We can always count on good service from the Chubbuck store. Great employees. ( sorry if I spelled the names wrong)
