The store has a good assortment of products. The store, sadly, is a total pig pen. It had better not have any people in the store otherwise you can't get a cart around all the junk.

Have been shopping here for 18yrs. Everyone is always helpful & courtious. I have never been displeased in any way. Have refered all family & friends.

We were at the end of a sewer line replacement job when another crack in the line was discovered. It was late on a Saturday and our contractor said we would have to wait till Monday to get parts. Being without sewer is bad enough when your camping but at home with the family was really no fun at all! Home Depot was open and the sales associates were very helpful and knew exactly what we needed to make the necessary repairs, which I did myself that night, much to the pleasure of my family to again had use of running water and the "facilities". When the contractor showed on Monday all that was left to do was to back-fill the hole!

The sales associates at this store are SO knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to assist. I LOVE this store.

there were no flat top carts in the store, or in the parking lot. There were 11 loaded up with stuff that employees were either removing from the shelves or stocking the shelves, but no employees were working. the store is short staffed, and overworked. I am glad Lowes is around the corner.

I enjoy my shopping experience at Home Depot. However, I have found the store to be low in lighting and not as clean as the other home improvement center in town. When I need assistance I generally find someone in a reasonable amount of time. It would be nice to have buttons strategically located to just push that notifies associates of a person in need of assistance. I sometimes have to do some walking before finding an available associate.

I always chose this store over others because of the huge selection of items and the helpfulness of the employees.

Every time I go there the employees are helpful and friendly - always helping the customers. I rarely see anyone who is not with a customer.

The two associates help me get the nylon rope cut to the proper length and melted the end; likewise that lighting specialist help me find the correct wattage and brand so I can have the same bulbs in our new home. Thanks to the Pocatello store or their great service.

Had a large amount of stuff To return from a project I had completed. The costumer service employee made the experience enjoyable.

This store is an anchor for this community it helps us grow.

store was fairly clean and when I asked for assistance at the paint desk, the lady was prompt on helping me and I was very satisfied

Store was clean and associates were helpful...but you have to find them and ask.

since I am 85 it would have been nice if someone would have been available to help me load my items in the cart and unload them into my car. I purchased bags of steer manure.

Larry is the most knowledgeable person I have ever had to deal with in our Home Depot. He is like a human computer and knows where every item in the store is!!!! Every time we go in we look for Larry.

My husband and I went into Home Depot to customize and purchase a Tuff Shed. The garden associate chosen to work with us was very pleasant to work with and knew the appropriate questions to ask us to make sure we got just exactly what we wanted . It was a very pleasant experience over all. :)

I had help with the blinds and the different kinds and sizes and he cut it to fit my windows.

Employees are helpful and knowledgeable. If their store does not have the product you need or are looking for they will point you in the right direction to go. I had to replace some parts in my dishwasher and washing machine, they didn't have the parts in the store but the employees took the time to help me find the parts from a reliable website they recommend. The fact that they took the time to make sure I got the right part in a timely manner meant a lot, since it happened while I was in the middle of school (very busy time).

We are starting to do wood work, and went to Home Depot to buy some tools. The associate that helped us was very knowledgeable about woodworking and was willing to give us helpful hints.

The hardware on our ancient bathtub rusted beyond repair. We weren't ready to replace the tub, but needed a patch to cover the hole. We came looking for advice and help. An associate was quick to listen to our concerns, offer suggestions, and help us find the supplies we needed. We're delighted with the results!
