Went to this store to pick up my items and I was greeted by friendly people who helped me with what I needed quickly.

While in the store I received assistance from Tracy in the holiday section. I had previously been to two other local stores and couldn't receive customer service at either store. I had found the item I wanted at one of the prior stores but couldn't get assistance to purchase it at either store. At the Poway location I received immediate assistance from Tracy without even having to ask. She helped me find my item and even honored the price I had missed due to my prior experiences. Thank you Tracy for your outstanding customer service in the purchase of my new Christmas Tree.

Sales associates spend a lot of time helping you. Carmel mountain ranch had terrible service. Go to the poway store instead.

The associates work hard to meet your needs when shopping in any department.

Everyone in the store shares the same mission and that is to provide customer service to make shopping much easier and enjoyable.

Placed an online order and went to pick it up early the next day. Associates were pulling the product as I walked in. Great service!

I usually have trouble getting help in the store but today I was in the store to buy a power saw for my home use and a very nice young man answered all my questions and made suggestions about the saw I wanted and then talked to me about other power tools. It was nice to have communication with an employee that was totally interested in his work and knew his inventory. I was very pleased in the store today.

Store greeters at the front door are always very pleasant and ask if they can be of assistance. Other workers are always very helpful and pleasant and do a great job with helping me find what I need.

The customer service is second to none! Katelynn and Valerie are the most customer service oriented people I have encountered at ANY Home Depot!! The cashiers are friendly! The delivery drivers.....not so much. I'm on my 3rd delivery attempt!! lol

The bi-fold doors I bought had no sku number. Then one was found hand written on one of them. The other, no. The cashier called for price check 3 times asking for different associates to help her. No one at the store responded to her request. She had to look up the number on her cell phone. I don't fault her, but management needs to make sure that someone is available to help when necessary, especially their own employees. The whole check out took close to 10 minutes, with others waiting behind me. This purchase took place about 7am too, when the store was not that busy.

My guy was awesome spent time and explained eveything i needed to know about payload on the rope I need to pull up my dead trees.

We have had a wonderful experience with the Home Depot Kitchen department. We're only through the ordering process and starting production, but so far it's been a very positive process. Arpie Arabian has been awesome! She's very thorough, put up with a hundred questions along the way, is professional and at no time did we feel pressured. She's very knowledgeable, friendly and a joy to work with. We'll be back with another review when the job is finished.

The staff is very friendly and usually ask if I need help finding anything, even without asking. If I have a problem finding something, help is available quickly.

i was assisted a few times for gutter and accessories and lighting. I was thinking of replacing existing lighting in kitchen with LED recessed. The assistant was extremely helpful and gave me different options to think about, The person that helped me with buying the right parts for putting up new gutters was also helpful. Finally checking out was special to me because I was given respect and thankfulness for my service to my country.. Home depots' discount to Veterans is an outstanding gesture. When I returned home from Vietnam their was little or no thanks for our service. I appreciate what Home depot is doing for all the Veterans of America. Thank You!

The employees here are always friendly and helpful, The store is clean and I can easily find what Im looking for..

The store was not inviting. Associates did not seem interested in what customers are looking for. No smile or courteous greeting. Cashiers seemed to have had a bad day. Other employees did not seem engaged at all.

The employees are always helpful and a delight to interact with. I can count on the Poway store to be clean and free of clutter in the isle ways.

Just have to give credit where credit is due. I usually shop in the hours where either Sandy or Leah are working as either cashiers or in returns. Always, always a comfortable experience. Great help. Great personable people and very genuine. Keep up the great work!!! Thanks!

During a big project, I'm in the the store twice a week. Otherwise maybe three times a month.I always recieve friendly, enthusiastic service from store associates who are very eager to provide great service. I love this store, refer to it as my store and have established enjoyable, professional type relationships with a number of the employees. Guys like Ray and Carlos Flores at the Pro Desk. These guys are always very busy when I come in...but not to busy to stop and say hello, how are you...with a smile and a sincere attitude. Good training given to truly nice people

The customer service I received and the amount of help I was given amazed me! I needed help in four areas: Painting, lighting, hardware and cleaning products. Each person went far beyond what I expected and did so in a friendly and very competent manner.

Clean big store with helpful people! Wouldn't go to Carmel mountain anymore because of how cluttered it was.

I found my product online first, then called the store and spoke with an Associate in Hardware who was able to tell me if they had the product in stock. She was very helpful and even told me what aisle my product would be in. I went to the store, to the aisle, found my product, checked out my other options, and then went and paid for my item. Easy Peasy! This was an item I needed at my office and I was in and out within minutes. Boss never knew I was even gone!
