From the moment I stepped into the store, and as I entered the flooring dept. I was greeted immediately and in and out of store in about 18 minutes which is unheard of! Thank you Patrick, there was another gentleman who called Patrick over and 2 loaders ( a big guy and another really upbeat guy) that helped load the artificial turf into my turquoise trailer. Very strong guys! Outstanding customer service! Thanks everyone! Mary H, in flooring, at the Rancho Cordova store helped me find a full roll and sent me to Power Inn store! I was very grateful for her outstanding service!

Taylor was VERY RUDE. THEY WERE NOT DOING ANYTHING BUT STANDING AROUND AND TALKING. SHE SHOULD BE HAPPY SHE EVEN HAS A JOB!!!

My experience at Home Depot a very good one The customer service in lumber building material is very knowledgeable very helpful he help me with my project gave me a little bit more idea and suggesting different ways to approach it very much grateful as well as I was purchasing something in appliances and he led me to the person that I needed to speak with to pick out my deep freezerI will be back thank you the customer service was excellent the supplies are good they are placed in such a way that easy to see to choose from I’m very impressed thank you

Phil in the Doors and Windows department rocks! Super knowledgeable, takes time to show you locations of items, personal service in explaining new items or products. Spent time the day before to physically check my products and also called the Manufacture to find local certified techs who specialize in adjustable hinge adjustments on our 12 year old in-swing French Door! Thanks for a clean and stocked store! I love this store and it's knowledgeable employees who are eager to assist!

I'm a regular shopper at the Florin Rd, Meadowview & Howe Ave Home Depot stores. If rate them 7 of 10, 8 of 10 & 9 of 10 respectively. This store a cool best of the 3 stores!

When I think home repair and enhancement needs I think "Home Depot.where I find what I need for my home and garden.Any time I need assistance or advise I find it at Home Depot. We also buy all our major appliances at Home Depot.

I was able to find everything for my outdoor halloween decorations except for one item. A very nice gentleman at the cash counter was able to assist me by ask Bev. Bev was EXTREMELY kind and very helpful. She and her team were able to take down the last Cemetery Archway display for me and have it at WILL CALL within a few minutes........I was very impressed!

We've been shopping here for our maintenance job at SHRA, now that I'm retired still coming back and always find what I need at home.

Excellent and consistent customer service, and all of my products that I needed where in stock. Doing a complete gut and remodel of a master bathroom so to get to do one stop shopping was awesome without having to do multiple trips to another Home Depot or other hardware stores.

This is the home depot store that we have been going to since I moved to the Sacramento area. I can say with absolute confidence that this is one of the best home depot stores I have ever been to. Every employee we have ever communicated with helped immensely with all of our do it yourself projects. They make you feel heard understood and confident that you are prepared when you walk out of the store. One thing that is also great is that they do not push the most expensive items on you. If a product is good regardless of price, they will recommend without forcing you to pay 10 times the amount you need to.

This Home Depot store is well organized. It's relatively easy to find what you're looking for, and the employees are courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Absolutely horrible customer service in the paint department the past two times I visited this store. The first time, the man was extremely rude to my partner when he asked to get a quart of paint. He demanded that we needed a gallon, and we said we did not and that a quart would be sufficient. He continued to challenge my partner and was condescending still demanding that we didnt know what we needed and said to just get a gallon. He finally let us go with a quart of paint after my partner stood his ground and said no, we just need a quart. Come to find out, they were out of quarts and the reason he was pushing us so hard was because he didnt want to give us a gallon for cheaper. Absolutely manipulating and left my partner feeling put down. Today when I visited this store, a young woman with purple hair named Amber, treated me so rudely, my mouth literally dropped. Not only was she rude when I tried to order my paint, but when I asked how long it would take so I could judge whether to walk around or not, she replied "When it's finished, okay?" and then a minute later proceeded to aggressively push the paint forward and say "HERE!" and then when the quart had been mislabeled, I asked if this was still what I ordered, she rolled her eyes and in an extremely mean way said "uh yes!". I honestly will go out of my way to go to any other store due to the repeated issues here. Absolutely awful.

They took away Samsung Pay. Why on earth would they do that?

Cashier Linda helped me when I took my survey there was not an option to give her credit but she was amazing. I will look for her to check me out again if I have the choice

We got all the materials we were looking for, the employees are super helpful, the garden is inviting.

I really enjoy shopping at the home depot. Everyone is nice and helpful. Just beware. Not all shoppers are required to wear masks. This was a cause of concern for me.
