Associate in lumber was extremely helpful and suggested us the right thing for our project. Employees were friendly .

On my visit 3 employees were very helpful. I asked for help once. The other 2 employees saw that I needed help and jumped right in.Again I was very appreciative!

I went into this store to purchase a front door. The associate ,Anthony Spinetta was extremely helpful. He advised me to get someone to come to my home and get exact measurements of that door. This service is free of charge. I was so impressed with his knowledge and he did a great service to me and to the store. You truly have a valuable associate working for you.. Anthony made me feel like this job will be an easy task. He is a real WOW ! Thanks for hiring him. I am the lucky customer who happened to see him last Sunday... Great job ! Well done !!

I found the Quincy store to be well stocked with everything I was looking for and at affordable prices. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I typically go to the self-checkout lanes because most of the people who are at the registers are slow and because of COVID. I waited for a self-checkout lane when I was unceremoniously shepherded to one of the registers with a person, despite my explicit concerns. This person at the register was a disastrous. She started the checkout process, I only had 5 items mind you, and then I put my credit card into the reader. Nothing happened. She forgot to press the button on her computer screen. So, this idiot had to start all over again. This happened four more times!!!! Yes, a total of five times she messed up the check-out process. I was so angry that I went and asked a manger to help. He finally got me through the process in less than a minute. The, the cashier had the audacity to turn to the manager and blame me, the customer, for the problem. To protect her job she lied.

Not all Home Depot stores are created the same... the Quincy Home Depot #2670 put some of the other stores I’ve visited to shame. The workers actually seem like they genuinely want to be of service. Great job with COVID19 safety as well. Please store #2670, share your secrets to success with the South Bay store in Roxbury. They are ridiculously terrible.

Some employees doesn't seem to have any training, neither professionally nor ethnicly . Sucks

This is the store you can buy everything. I’ve never been let down here. Every time I come there’s everything I need. Plants, washing machine, bathroom tiles never out of stock

I go to the Quincy store frequently, and I do like a lot of the items. I am satistisfied with a lot of the products I purchase from there.

Staff was helpful needed 40 50lb bags of play sand for a sandbox for my 2 daughters a garden employee named Chris was nice enough to help me load them in a pallet then load them into 2 different cars and when I offered a tip kindly refused and wished me and my family a happy Easter we will definitely be back

The products I wanted were found very easily. I got help from an employee who directed me to the correct isle to find the item I needed. The store was clean and well organized.

The Customer Service employee, Steve, made my day this week!! An employee in the back had been rude and unaccommodating to me-- but Steve made everything right. He allowed me to leave the store feeling taken care of (which I would not have if I had just dropped the few things I was buying and left in frustration). Thank you Steve!!!!

Deirdre Morris was extremely friendly, fast, so nice to keep things moving along.
