IN THE COLD WEATHER THE EMPLOYEES WERE STILL OUTSIDE GATHERING CARTS, THUS EASY PARKING . INSIDE I WAS GREETED AND DIRECTED TO THE LOCATION OF MY PURCHASE.

I arrived today i was short on time and I asked employee called Andrew to help me out find a lawnmower and some garden furniture which he did and I get checked out pretty quickly and was on my way in no time at all

The Home Depot in Quincy is always well stocked. The customer service reps are always visible throughout the store and they go out of their way to help us find the products we come to purchase. It also helps that they are knowledgeable about these products, making us more confident about our intended purchases.

We stopped in to find a table and chair set for outside. We knew what table we wanted but couldn't find it on the floor and it was close to closing time. Jason went out of his way to find the table and help us fit it in the car (not a small feat considering we only had a sedan). He was so pleasant and extremely helpful. A+ customer service. Assembled the table and it looks great!

I normally shop at a different Home Depot, but from now on will be using this location. Very impressed.

I liked the cleanliness of this store. We also needed to consult the people in the paint department, and they were very knowledgeable about the selection of paints Home Depot carries. Jim was the one who helped us, but they all knew what they were doing. Nice store. Overall great shopping experience.
