There was a young gentleman (I think his name is Jamal) who helped me to lift many boxes of heavy tiles into my car. He was very kind and extremely helpful. He was a great example of good customer service (a lost art now days)

Whenever I visit this Home Depot I am greeted by the staff. They are usually available and able to answer any questions I may have. They help me feel confident about my purchase and project.

From the minute I walked into the store the sales associates were attentive and helpful. One guided me to the department that I needed and got an associate from the department to help me. The associate, NIcole that helped me in the window shades department was courteous and helped me with getting the right size cut for my windows. The cashier, Justin who rang up my order was courteous and friendly as well. A pleasant experience from all the sales associates that I encountered on this visit..

The store is always clean, organized and there are always very friendly, knowledgeable associates available to assist. There is always a wide range of products to select and the prices are great!

The return desk associate was great. The store was well organized.

I needed to purchase 2 x 4s and have them cut. The home depot I usually go to was a disaster. The x associate said no prob, Come back tomorrow. Of course he never placed tge order. The lumber Sept manager was no help. We ended up going to liberty road where Wayne was super friendly, helpful and assisted us on the spot, kudos to this store! We'll be back

Did not have tha paint I needed had to go somewhere else to buy it. Casher was playing bingo made me wait befor checking me out. Will not shop this store again

I had to replace a lamp cord and three way socket, had just what I needed picked it up and I was on my way.

Employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Store offers a wide selection of products that are in stock. Clean and well-maintained aisles.

I've completed my whole basement into livable space from this home depot and never had a problem with customer service , finding product ,nor help loading my pick up w wood or framing material...... Thanks a whole a lot ...... Your my Home Depot

This is a smaller location in the heart of Randallstown. My biggest frustration is the inability to find someone's help when you need it, or when you're in a rush. I literally have to prepare myself to hunt for help. Very seldom does someone ask you if you need help. My last experience a few days ago was a lot better. I was at the tool rental and Zorrey was the most pleasant associate that I have encountered since I have been going to this location. It took me a really long time to rent the tool because he was the only one there, but he was so friendly and he had a great disposition. Normally, the associates (especially women) are not so inviting. No eye contact, no smiles just overall bad attitudes.

The guy on the floor stopped what he was doing to walk 4 aisles away to show me what I was looking for. He was kind and willing to help. Yu do not get that from all stores in fact, I went to the WalMart just down the street on Liberty Road and had experience POOR customer service just moments before going to Home Depot. I think that The Associated at the Home Depot have great customer Service skills.

I was overly excited by the customer service I received from David Sooklal in Paint. He was so patient and kind with me and assisted me in getting everything I needed.

Never had a bad experience at a Home Depot. Very glad to have a store located in Randallstown, Md. Very convenient and always clean and orderly. I think I can safely speak for our community.

Overall, good experience. Pushed my kids in a race car cart.Found my items easily. Friendly employees.I saw a few rats run by but I imagine it is hard to keep them out

I have finished my basement with material from this stores location. It hade every thing that I needed to complete the Job from start to finish. The location was convenient, and not to far from home. although they offer delivery and rental utility vehicles were available. Thank you home depot for being my buddy all these years.

The store was clean and the products was easy to locate. But the clerk was unfriendly and just giving attitude as if I made her come to work as she had better things to do.

When I visited the store on 09/05 the paint associate was filling in for someone who had went to lunch. He was not very knowledgeable and could really only mix the paint. He was still very friendly. My recommendation is to train the associates better, especially in areas you think customers may need more assistance. My husband and I were also trying to purchase a new storm door but no one ever came back to assist us even after another associated called. As we were leaving the store someone tried to assist us but by that time we were just ready to go home with what we already had in the cart. When I visited the store on 09/09 the paint associate was very knowledgeable and pointed me in the direction of products I did not know existed. He was also very friendly. Overall this is a good store, very clean and organized.

I needed help with a weed wacker and the assistant in tools was incredibly understanding. He took time to unclog the mess I had and then patiently reloaded it showing me exactly how to do it. I was most appreciative of his time and expertise. This is not the Home Depot nearest to me so I don't usually shop here--but it was worth the trip. Thank you
