I didn't find everything on my list but, I definitely found most of them and in addition to the customer service, great experience. Give it a try, I highly recommend it.

I didn t take the employee nane who help me to put the things in my car he was very gentle.

We love shopping at the Randallstown Home Depot because the staff is pleasant, personable and professional!

The store usually has the things that I need and I'm looking for.

Although I didn't locate the product I saw on Home Depot.com I was able to locate the cleaning section rather promptly. Both the greeter and a gentleman in the lighting area asked me if I needed assistance. I was just looking but it is good to know staff was on the look out. There were several open self check out registers available. I was in and out!

Clean, organized, friendly staff, clean parking lot, easy to find and get to. The only time I've seen it crowded is when everyone was buying snow shovels. Otherwise, there's nearly always been an open checkout lane.

THIS STORE DOESN'T HAVE AS GOOD A SELECTION AS THE OWINGS MILLS STORE. I ONLY SHOP HERE FOR A FEW ITEMS. YOUR GARDEN DEPT IS POOR. I HAVE TO GO TO OWINGS MILLS FOR A GOOD SELECTION. MUCH BETTER STORE

Store was clean and well lit, product I needed was in stock and readily available. The real reason my shopping experience was so pleasant, however was because of the employees. Everyone was courteous and very helpful. Enjoyed my visit and will return. Kudos to the associates I encountered during my visit - sorry I didn't get the name of the woman who helped us the most.

On Sunday, May 28, 2017, I purchased several bags of mulch & light bulbs. The cashier, an African American female named Charli, was very courteous and professional with outstanding customer service. I have been shopping at The Home Depot in Randallstown, Maryland for many years and the selection, prices are great. The entire staff has always provided excellent customer service. Thank you.

The employees were excellent

Everytime I come here and have to ask a question the employees act like I'm asking them to do something outside of their job. Example: I asked two employees if they sold pulleys and they didn't even know what it was. The next person just told me "no" and walked away. Today I exchanged two propane cylinders and asked if there was a different procedure for getting two out of the machine and the cashier said, "You'll figure it out." Ironically, there was a slightly different procedure. My recommendation is to go to the Home Depot in Ellicott City, much better customer service.

I like this store, the employees treat you like family

Ever since the managers Tre' and Chris left, there are still some great!! employees there but overall The manager and some other cashiers needs to take a class on how to be more professional when dealing with customers. I know sometime a customer can be rude, but I have never been rude to an employees. But they have been rude and unprofessional towards me. The guys are great and SOME of the cashiers (self service cashiers by the door are DOLS). I had to check a cashier a few years ago in customer service, she raised her voice at me because she didn't know what she was doing to do a return on flowers that had died the year earlier. I had to tell her straight up lower your voice, another male employee was standing there to witness it. (The only reason why I would recommend this store because there are still some very good employees there)

There are only a few Home Depots that I enjoy visiting. Store 6945 is one of them. Always clean and organized. The employees are so helpful. Not only do they tell you where the product is that your looking for, they also take you to the isle where the product is! Fantastic!! I'm 70 years old and having that type of help really means a lot to me. Thank you

Randallstown Store is a nice store except for the following: Often plumbing parts are in the wrong labeled boxes. Home depot needs to sell a better variety of Brand Name appliances such as Air Conditioners.

The store is preparing for spring. Many different and healthy plants available and products to start spring cleaning.

I have been shopping at the Randallstown location for years - since the day it opened. This location is one of the friendliest in the state with extraordinarily helpful and polite staff in every department.

Clean, friendly, attentive staff - always seem to have what I need there, plus I like the clearance areas to check.

I Love this store. Shop here all the time. I just purchased a washer, the second one, the first was almost ten years ago. My Home is filled with appliances from Homedepot. Last year in need of a refrigerator, and dishwasher. Lucked out and caught a Bosch dishwasher on SALE. So happy with that purchase it's all steel inside, no plastic, So quiet I have to put my ear next to it to make sure it's on. Five years ago we had to replace my stove and dryer. Of course they came from Homedepot, We have a Jacuzzi from You. Everything I mentioned was easy to Find in your Beautiful store, always friendly assistance ready to help, even at the selfcheck out. I have found everything from Blinds to lightbulbs. Some one will always ask can I help you, even to make me new keys for my front door. I cannot wait for Spring Yes I buy all my Flowers from you only you. Love your Spring Sale on Mulch, and you have such a selectionof flowers to choose from. Proud to say I have purchased a Japanese Maple Tree it's Beautiful the leaf color is Magnificent. I have fencing from you, and I compliment you on your Deck Over paint. my fence and deck looks great. Thank You for being such a Great Store.

I would like to personally thank Ms. Terrea for all of her help she gave. Customer service is a big thing for me because I also work with the public and it is very important to let people know they are important.
