Well, it's a hit or miss. I could not find a perfect recipe for total satisfaction over the years. While it's a clean, well lit store, it's a hassle to get through checkout and I'm more often running into "empty" shelf issues than ever before (I check more often for stock before coming over). As for the store associates, I'd say they are 80% helpful, I already recognize those who are not helpful and avoid them. I wish it's not the case. I do most of my Home Depot shopping in this store. This store is a smaller Home Depot store, they do not stock all items as larger stores. So for specialty items I'm visiting their other stores (Bellevue, Issaquah) that IMHO do not deserve as high rating as this store... So I'm gladly back to this one at the end.

They always have what I need and the garden center is extensive. And their employees are so helpful and available when you need them. I enjoy shopping at the Redmond store.

A very well run store. Everyone is so helpful from the cart people outside to the customer service desk, departments and cashiers I always get excellent help when I ask for it. From Gardening Electrical Plumbing Lumber Appliances all employees are always helpful. That is why I keep coming back.

The super helpful people who work here make it more of a community building experience to shop here, rather than just buying needed items for a great price. While the latter is important, it is the people who make this a great place to shop.

The staff are so great and helpful. You may need to wait a tiny but some one like Jim or Steven C, but once there they will kindly and nicely explain everything to you, educate you and assist you to accomplish your project(s)! I learned and greatly enjoyed the chat with Jim for a DeWalt Impact kit series, gift I needed for birthday boy brother.

If you are shopping at the Redmond Home Depot, look for Len - a floor associate. His customer service is great - whether you are trying to solve a problem or find a product. He's eager to help you. And, you will walk away feeling like a valuable customer and human being.

Large, clean, well stocked store. Plenty of employees to help find products and answer questions. I love the aprons with names hand written on them, like in school.

Quick in and out due to knowledgeable people and fast cashiers. Wide variety of products. Overall very satisfied and recommend this location!

Everyone was friendly and helpful at this store. They go the extra mile.

Store is fine. People are trying their best to help. However I refuse to use self check out. If you want me for a customer get rid of self check, and put checkers back at cash registers. Otherwise, I will find another store that will meet my needs.

The Home Depot in Redmond Store #4723 is highly recommended. The sales associates are always very helpful when trying to find the one particular item you need. This store is always immaculate, aisles are never cluttered, and the lighting is helpful when choosing your items.

I highly recommend this store. Very helpful and friendly staff. Easy to locate items and people to help answer questions (except in flooring) be prepared to wait in flooring section.

It was terrific to have a useful conversation with the door greeter, who directed me to the person closer and more knowledgeable about installing a new patio door handle. I was told as I selected a handle to return it if I thought the project didn't go right. I returned with photos showing the gaps in my original description, and two employees Larry R and Chuck relaunched my next effort with a more exactly fit set of purchases. I'm looking forward to another bound at it. I feel easy about going back for more...

Nathan in the garden area is awesome! Went out of his way to help me. I need to find out when he is working so I can go when he is there!

nice place to shop!

Large selection of products over a wide range of areas (Garden, Hardware, Tools, Lumber, Electrical, Plumbing). Large store with reasonably good signage. Prices good, with regular sales on the more expensive tools. Needs more associates to assist customers. Can be difficult to find an associate. Not enough of the sales associates know multiple areas of the store. However, all of the associates I have met are friendly and try to be helpful.

A pleasant experience each time my husband and I visit this location. The biggest reason we always come here is because of the wonderful customer service. All employees are so welcoming and ready to assist with any inquiries.

I highly recommend shopping at Home Depot. I agree with the guidelines>

If you are looking for something - anything - to get the job done, this is the store for you. Well-stocked with virtually everything for any project. And if they don't have something they will get it for you - quickly! And their Tool and Truck Rental department is staffed with friendly and efficient personnel. I won't go to any other hardware store, and I have one that is much closer!

Clean and spacious store with courteous employees

Store is clean, assistance was available within 2 minutes. Both the sales associate Frank and Mike at the Service Desk were friendly and very helpful. We have 2 Home Depot stores a bit closer to us than this one, but we appreciate the customer service.

store is my favorite one from all Puget sound

I had four employees standing in front of me and no one asked me if They could help me. I waited about 45 seconds before I finally had to ask for help!!!
