I’m a renter but I love HomeDepot and all the employees HomeDepot is Great

They will consistently ignore you and step through to paper-receipt only. I catalog my purchases through e-receipts; they are central to my processing. And the lack of training/followthrough is a real negative.

I buy things I think I need and if I don’t use them, there’s no problem returning them later. This practice really helps me with advancing my repairs and improvements.

I don't always get great customer service when I go to Home Depot but this time was my lucky day/ I had the pleasure to be helped by Brandon in Electrical. He not only help me with my bathroom light fixture but saw to it I purchased the correct light bulbs for my light. Brandon was knowledgeable, kind and helpful. He is an asset to Home Depot.

The under cover security guard attacked me a few months ago so I don’t go there anymore

I like this home depot.Alwauys did. Many workers who care here Ex. Nick helped me out when my 3.5 Gallon drywall compound wouldn't open. The Paint department people were always helpful,, offered advice on chosing paint, matched paint for me. etc.I wish I knew thier names to thank them.

I bought smoke detectors- casher helped with tax exempt issue

It may have only been $20 but 1 of the 2 men who dropped off my refrigerator stole $20 that I had on my front porch. It wasn't a lot but the point that they took it ticked me off!!! Other than that I had a good in store experience.

New bedroom new rugs

I stopped by to see what new perennials they had. A sale of 3/$12 peeked my interest, so after I selected the 3 to purchase I found it difficult to carry the heavy pots to the register. Nobody gave assistance. When I got to the register the cashier scanned my items, collected my money and didn't offer a plastic bag or any help to get my plants to my car. I had to carry them myself, almost dropping them. Not happy with how I was treated.

I purchased a hardwood floor the product is beautiful and the price was great.

This home depot is clean with nice employees. I was able to get in and get out with the items I needed. When asking employees for help, I was never made to feel like a bother.

I never received a call for my delivery and so I had to lift and drag a tub into the garage.

when I return items I always find the people to be very courteous and efficient

If you need help forget it. You are on your own. Could not get everything I needed had to go elsewhere

Good service and materials

The Ridley HD is my local Big Box Hardware Store, so I'm in there fairly often. It's a good thing I'm self sufficient, because I rarely see anyone willing to help. I feel sorry for folks who are trying to learn, but have nobody to answer questions. Thank Goodness for Youtube. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past. HD's motto should be, "We are a customer service company, that just happens to sell hardware"! In fairness, it's not just HD, poor service seems to be a product of our generation.

I purchased an upright freezer (which by the way I absolutely love) October 2024. Breanna, Ethan,Tina and I believe his name is Sisco we're exceedingly polite and had great knowledge of the store and the checkout process. I will be back!

I BROUGHT CEILING TILE YESTERDAY ,THEY HAD MORE THAN ENOUGH STOCK FOR WHAT I needed. The cashier Lise was extremely helpful she told me about things that were very helpful . THANK YOU LISA AT THE FOLSOM STORE.

Went to purchase 2 pieces of plywood and have a few cuts. before I even looked to make sure saw was in operation and there was an employee to help I encountered Patrick who came up and asked if I needed any help. He said it was no problem and he could make cuts. I was going to get the plywood and although I could have gotten it, he made sure to help get it. Observed him helping two or three additional customers in between my cuts.

The painting/stains/caulk section employees are great! Always around and very helpful. The electrical/lights section guy is always there n helpful. No one is ever around to help in plumbing or hardware! And if u do happen to get the hardware person they’re busy making keys for 20 mins. Always see the doors section employees sitting down hardly ever working or helping do anything else. They have the easiest job in the world, sit at the desk chit chatting

Home Depot Ridley PA is my FAVORITE store! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I HAVE NEVER SHOPPED THERE AND WAS DISAPPOINTED. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES ARE PROFESSIONAL AND COURAGEOUS

I had a terrific experience with an employee named “Dee”! I was trying to place an order on-line for a dryer. I wanted to pay for it with my Home Depot card, but have it delivered to my daughter in Chester. After numerous attempts to do this on line I got frustrated and called the Ridley store. ‘Dee”could not have been any more friendly and helpful! The dryer was delivered on Friday. Thank you Dee for giving me outstanding customer service!

I usually find what I need. The self check out process is an absolute mess if you go during a slightly busy time and of course they don’t have enough staff to operate checkouts. The management at this store is disappointing. I gave a glowing review to an employee a couple of months ago. He was so helpful, and turned around a poor service experience. I saw him recently, no one told him. I thanked him myself, told him he was great, and that I look forward to working with him if I need more help. Management should be telling their employees when customers give great reviews, but based on the checkout mess, it appears mgmt doesn’t give the staff any direction at all. Disappointing!
