Ridley Home Depot has a very friendly and helpful staff. Even on a busy Saturday, they took the time to assist us. Jammie, Megan and George were great!

If you need doors this is the place to go. The sales team in the door department is Fabulous!

The flooring associate where rude and unhelpful when asked for a simple task, all I needed was for them to look up an old order. I was told that they couldn’t and I would have to return Monday through Friday to speak to someone else.

Hire a cashier. I don't work for you.

In these difficult times as we try to rebound from such a bad year it nice to be greeted by such pleasant professional that represent Home Depot well. This store has some wonderful associates to name a few Angie , Kay, Amira, Max and manager Andrew.

Destroyed my fence project 3 times with missed delivery and damaged material that was told were inspected before delivery

I was having a so-so experience at the self checkout, when a women named LISA came over to help me. She was extremely pleasant and answered all my questions! I was very happy knowing there are good,kind, courteous people out there! And i think you are very lucky to have her working at your store! That was that was this morning and the beginning of a good day. My wife & I waited for our delivery of outdoor furniture. We had a window from 8am to 8pm! We waiteddddddddddd all day and nothing was delivered! WHAT'S UP GUYS? I know it's not the stores fault,but it puts a bad name on HOME DEPOT! And I was thinking of buying rugs? The day ended in not so good of a note! Also I am a Veteran and I cannot seem to get the discount! Trying to understand the policy? Just give Lisa a pat on the back (and a raise) for she deserves it! By the way I found what I was looking because I have shopped numerous times over the years!

Jamila was ABSOLUTELY the BEST at Customer Service! I even made mention of her to my neighbor! That’s just how fabulous with helping me with a frustrating return.

Several employees reached out directly to assist and direct me to the right spot. I also received knowledgeable infomation. Dan, in the lumber department also loaded a heavy box of ceiling tiles into my cart. He was pleasant and helpful

My rating is the highest. I love my HD. Very close to my residence and the people (especially Jamila) is wonderful!

Call ahead of time. Their online inventory and store inventory never match but that’s all to common for all Home Depots.
