I am building a rain barrel and needed a specific funnel component to make it work. Home Depot had some in stock. I can usually count on Home Depot to have what I need.

My only concern of the the Ridley Home Depot is the parking lot. It is full of pot holes and has been like this for quite a while. Someone is going to get a flat tire or worse, break an ankle while walking.

Just ran in to get a filter and was so surprised by Lisa the cashier. She greeted me and asked if I found everything I was looking for and then assisted me with my order. She was so friendly, cheerful. Pleasant and patient. She really made me feel special. She’s a keeper!

Lisa helped me out at checkout even tho I was in self serve. I was a little confused and she walked me through checking out needed lic and codes . Thanks Lisa .

This store sucks. Cashiers talk amongst themselves instead of waiting on customers and acting like cashiers. Isn’t that there job?

We needed flashing and Tom from building materials was so helpful in showing was what we needed and was cost effective. The process was easy and helpful.

Dan did a GREAT JOB for us and was very proficient. The customer before us had about 10 plywood sheets cut into 4 pcs each and he did them in a timely manner.

I purchased a custom door from Home Depot. It was custom because it was an odd size for an older home, but very plain. It was steel with a lag moon of glass at the top. They gave me 6 months interest free, but I requested 12 months for an $1800 purchase. They refused saying there was no offer at the time of purchase, even though I get offers all the time and have been a customer for over 20 years. They did the install and then I received an email from them saying I was getting a refund. I called the store because there was a small refund that went on my card and the rest said cash. The girl said they do cash to avoid a full refund, but I could come in and put the refund back on my card. When I got there, the refund was gone and I was told by 2 employees that there was no refund and that’s just the way the store shows the breakdown. I said it clearly says customer refund and they said there was no other way to explain it. They were uninterested in me being upset. I will never shop at Home Depot again.

I had stopped by this location to get a piece of wood that was critical to my project and needed ASAP. Everything was as it stated it would be online and the employees there were very helpful in assisting me, and I even got the piece of wood cut down to the specific dimensions that I needed which was very appreciated. The self checkout took less than a minute to ring things up and complete the purchase.

The store manager helped me find the items I was looking and also offered some advice on ways to fix my situation. At check out the cashier was friendly and very helpful, even scanning my items after helping with a price adjustment.

I am always delighted to attend LISA ROBINSON's "Butterfly & Pollinator Workshops". She puts so much into each one. From beautiful color photos of butterflies and their favorite flowers, to actual live butterflies in all stages of development. She even gives away free seeds!

Jamila has to be the worst customer service representative at Home Depot. She didn’t know where the scan codes were to scan my return item, she did an unauthorized return in which i did not request, and was disrespectful when I haven’t done anything to her. I’m not sure if it was a previous customer but she had an attitude.

I needed to purchase trim and I needed it cut to size. Dan in Lumber was so very helpful. He helped me pick the wood I needed and cut it to size. It looks great!

Love shopping at this location. Even though there’s another one 5 minutes away from here I choose this one every time hands down. The customer service is great! When it comes to paint, Maxine was great and made my shopping experience here a breeze. She greeted me right away as I was browsing for paints and she was very knowledgeable and patient, even took the time to explain to me the different finishes, pros and cons of each, and gave recommendations for touching up paint trims. She went above and beyond, excellent customer service all around and I will definitely be shopping here again. Thanks Maxine!
