The two ladies at the butterfly table were very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me in understanding the importance of butterfly's.

Looking for items in the store that we're not placed where they were supposed to be but Savonte found them in two different locations and brought them to me. Lisa was helpful helping me find an overhead motion sensor light and Nate was helpful trying to help me find the garden flags.

I purchased 8' posts and had them delivered, which there was a $35 fee. The items arrive damaged / defective. They will not pick up returns so I had to come up with transportation to bring them into the store due to their poor quality items. The cashier was rude, The uninterested to assist with the return, and had extremely bad breath. Why should the consumer be penalized a return / delivery fee when the merchant is at fault? If the correct, undamaged item was delivered, this return would not be required.

Brought two 1 lb boxes of aluminum nails, different lengths used one brought other back, cashier said box looks light, I took that to say I stole some from the box, tried to tell cashier all boxes like that, they said no they are not, I said, I go get two boxes off the shelf ,which I did, then I asked for apology, they said no manager, then said only thing he would do is put me out of store. Very insulted, very bad costumer service

I was very pleased with the display and the knowledge of the staff members on Saturday morning May 11th. They were there giving away seeds to help pollinators come to our area. I received great information and the free seeds for the area I am planting to draw various butterflies to my garden. Thank you Home Depot for running this event!

I had to return a few uneeded items and MARGIE was great in handling the transaction!!

In years past, I did not feel like the staff at Home Depot were as helpful as another building supply store near me. However, I must saw that when I dropped in today, I had staff eager to help me find what I needed and went the extra mile to help me figure out exact size cuts in needed in a 4' x 8' plywood sheet. Left very happy with the service.

First time is excusable, everyone has a bad day. However occurring problems with JAMILA needs to be addressed. If you don’t like your job don’t take it out on your customers. Just quit !

I purchased a large item that was a big investment in my home and I’m happy to say that Jamila and Jim were very knowledgeable and helpful with all of my questions.

The only way I found to get the Ryobi One Staple gun was to order on line and pick it up in the store. I went to multiple stores over a month and even though they showed inventory they didn't have any. Wanted to buy Ryobi batteries today and free tool but there was no one around to unchain them or open the cage to the tool. Maybe I'll order online, maybe just not buy them.
