The store has a wide variety of merchandise of various prices and quality. When necessary, the clerks have been pleasantly helpful to me. I am in my 80's and often need help!

This store always has everything we are looking for and things we forgot we needed! Every employee we've ever dealt with have been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Our most recent cashier, Lawrence, was very friendly and conversational while checking us out. It was a breath of fresh air to encounter someone who not only does their job well but was genuinely interested in our project and making sure we had a great experience. Too often, all a cashier says is the total and " Thank you, have a great day". Lawrence was a delight. I hope the next time we go he is working, I will go out of my way to go to his lane!

Awesome store employees go above and beyond niceee

The prices were good and I did get a good deal, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. Employees run when they see a customer that looks like they need help. You might want to bring someone who can navigate a large item on a cart through the aisles as well because the employees certainly do not want to help with that either. But hey, at least I got out of the checkout line quickly!

Very helpful employees and clean store. All departments had knowledgeable associates. Kelly from Seasonal was very helpful for my search with Patio furniture.

Wonderful, caring employees that go above and beyond their duties. Every trip is always a great one but today was an exceptional day with Mary (dept 28) working by your side the entire time. She is professional, courteous, and knows her stuff! Thank you Home Depot for hiring such a wonderful person and a special group of people to work at your Ridley store. They are the best!

The item I was looking for was not on the shelf and a associate climbed a ladder to check on the higher shelves she than went in the back to look for the item she than came back with another associate and he climbed the ladder and moved things on the shelf and found the item I was looking for tucked away in the back. I wish I got the names of these two so I can acknowledge them by name.. kudos to them both and their customer service attitude it seemed it wasn't a bother to help me.

I find this location to be fantastic. Usually a friendly staff who are more than willing to lend a hand or find out information for you.

Every time I go to this store the people have been so friendly and helpful. Even after store hours. They let me in to get something real fast when I was in a pinch. 5 star store.

As soon as I walked into this Home Depot one of the employees asked if I needed help finding anything, I said yes. He found the item I needed, took it to the register to check out and helped me put it in my car. this shopping experience was above expectations of finding and purchasing this product!

Can you please explain to me why you cannot use a gift card and a 10% coupon while putting the balance on the Home Depot credit card? Why couldn't the manager ring up $100 separately use the gift card, then Take the remaining balance Use the 10% off coupon and put the balance on my Home Depot card? I left the store because the manager Told me I could not use both together. I told him if he could not figure this out I was going to leave and not purchase $300 that was in my cart. The manager kept repeating you can't do both that's just the way it is.

The person in the Appliance Department - Marianne - is extremely helpful, friendly, customer-oriented, knowledgeable, and an excellent example of what a customer appreciates in a Customer Service Representative. I would shop at this store again and buy another appliance from Marianne when I need one.
