AGAIN I SHOP HERE AT THE HOME DEPOT REGULARLY AND THE PEOPLE ARE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. EVERYTHING IS EASY TO FIND AND THE STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN

I shop at this store all the time, like at least once a week. I'm a DIY guy and I know what I'm looking for at least 75% of the time. Sometimes when I'm there I'll get somebody asking if I need help when I don't, which is fine. But there have been far more times when I DO need help and there's nobody around. Sometimes I have to walk to one of the service desks to find somebody to help me find somebody to help me. Another thing is that the associates aren't always experts. I can read the shelf tags and boxes myself, I need somebody who can answer my questions intelligently or at least know who else to ask. Sometimes there will be an associate chatting about non-work related stuff with a customer when I'm clearly standing there waiting for help. They need a little more training about being aware of customers needing help in their vicinity. The cashiers are hit or miss. I now know of at least two to actively avoid. There are a couple of really good ones too.

The salesperson that helped me was very helpful and knew his stuff. I asked what I would need to pave my driveway and he told me exactly what I would need. Then he wrote down what I would need to buy.

I was able to find what I needed with the salespersons help.

CJ was very helpful. He had great customer service, a friendly smile and was very knowledgeable about the products I was purchasing.

Glad to have good choices to choose from in the gardening section.

The store was very clean I found everything I needed, great staff very helpful.

employee at service desk Janee-JNJ2334 was extremely rude with a terrible attitude and had no apron on to identify herself as an employee and asked for my license when trying to place a will call. I stated I am in the system and I"ll give my phone# and my info will come up and that I'm not picking up a will call, I'm placing one, she said just give me your ID and I'll type info in..this is not procedure for home depot when placing a will call order. After I stated that I am an employee at another store, she said very rudely, "that we do it different here"..very disappointed that this associate represents what Home Depot Core Values Are Representing. I would Never treat my Pro Customers or DYI Customers in that manner.

purchased an appliance package Home Depot's prices were better than Best Buy staff & manager were knowledgable & courteous

This store is always clean and well stocked whenever we go there. The associates are always helpful in any given situation. Its clean and their helpful and always available.

Home Depot is an absolute necessary part of home renovations. Everything you need is there and if they can't find it (staff) they will find it in another store. Never need to look for anyone, they will find you!

The associate in the tools department was very knowledgeable and helpful; he even was able to accurately direct me to another item outside of his department. At the self-checkout, an item came up the wrong price. The associate, John S., without hesitation corrected the error. My trip to this Home Depot was such a pleasant experience. A+ Customer Service!!

The customer service that I received in the kitchen department with my kitchen & bath cabinets plus countertops was so detailed complete and handled with such patience. I am a very particular customer with years of experience in customer service plus some home building experience.

I was looking for an aerator for a gold Bath faucet, there were none, after I looked behind other aerators I found a package with just the insides, not sure if it would fit my gold aerator I bought it took home,it fit. I know it's a problem when people hand the wrong parts in the wrong place but I almost missed it, I would have gone with a chrome part.

I shop quite frequently at Home Depot and I always go to this Home Depot store. It is clean, bright and I always find what I am looking for, especially with the help of Carl who works at the contractor's desk. He never rushes me, always is cheerful and remembers me when I shop at this Home Depot. I am glad to see he is back at work. I missed him when he was not there.

From the moment I walked in the store, the associates were very helpful and friendly; starting with directing me to the aisle I needed, to my final check out. I especially appreciated Department Supervisor Gilbert Cuevas during my visit. He asked if I needed help, found what I needed, and explained how to assemble the product I purchased. Mr. Cuevas made sure that I was completely satisfied with my visit before I went to purchase my items. My cashier was also very friendly, and it's unfortunate that I did not asked her name. I only had a short time to shop because I was on my lunch break; therefore the quick, yet thorough service was greatly appreciated! Job well done!

Nothing could have been better. Everyone was soo friendly and helpful. I would definitely reccommend this store to others. I may be able to find what I need at other stores but the employees always go out of their way to make me feel at home.

The associates at Home Depot are always willing to help. They are friendly and eager to direct you to the appropriate isle and even walk you to the right place when not otherwise engaged with another customer. Their product knowledge is excellent. Kudos to the management for selecting and training great employees!

Once I walk into this store. I was automatically ask if I needed help. I told the associate my situation and they should me where exactly to get it and what the best to use for what ever my project were.

slowly but surely, it's becoming my favorite Home Depot Store. Actually, my wife is trying to limit my Home Depot Shopping, threatens to burn my card ... hey, i like it that much. I can always find what i need and what I want.

The customer service representative and our cashier, Crystal (CRK1084), were the friendliest associates we've ever dealt with.
