Attempted to make a purchase at the customer service desk as there was only one line open and it was long. There 5-6 individuals at the customer service desk and approached Malisah (stated in my receipt) as she was the only one available and talking to the other staff members who were already assisting someone. Malisah refused to almost do her job due to me interrupting her non productive conversation with those working. WILL BE PUTTING THIS EXPERIENCE ON SOCIAL MEDIA - WORST SERVICE EVER.

Again, I can’t think this team enough! We don’t know any of these workers, and when I tell you, they treated us like family- it was unbelievable! Shirley, Carmen, Tracey, and CJ went above and beyond to help us. Shirley showed us the best refrigerator for our home and this team made it possible to receive all the discounts, we were supposed to get. Living in this crucial time is essential in receiving discounts, especially when you have a family of five. Again, we can’t thank them enough, and we hope they receive many blessings!

I would like to say Joe the store manager and Shirley Joe and Shirley were such a great help to me, as a single woman in the store searching for new cabinets and appliances. They were able to lead me in the right direction i'm thankful and grateful.

I purchased a 12’ Skeleton there. The only one I could find in New England. The store was clean, store shelves were stocked and everyone there was so friendly and helpful.

Good deal on good appliance. Appliance associates were pathetic. 3rd party delivery team. No call ahead or knock on the door.

I special ordered window blinds have them the measurements…. They cut them 1 1/2 inches too short.

I love shopping at this store. The staff is friendly, willing to help if you need it. It's my new favorite syore

My appliance was supposed to be delivered July 14th. No one pressed the security button so I could let them in

Pleasant experience with knowledgeable sales person.

Everyone in that store needs to be trained or retrained. No one really knows what they’re doing except for closing off aisles and running from customers or calling another associate and passing the buck on them.

Was shopping with my family in the garden center as we went towards the trees right outside the store where they put them I was forced to empty. My cart was told was not allowed to take items out of the store. I informed the lady I was still shopping and she did not care. As we came back with the tree all my items were gone we did purchase tree had to leave all the other stuff behind.

We frequent Home Depot in Attleboro quite frequently. Whether it be for personal home projects or repairs on our rental properties, they always seem to have what we need. One of the things I like the most is that they still have employees on the floor and at the cash registers, ready to help.

Couple items I bought and no issue

Damon ,Todd and Donna at the pro desk are very helpful and knowledgeable. Service desk is very helpful also mike in millwork is also very helpful. Home depot needs to bring back customer service in the aisles with out customers there is no Home depot

Shirley was our sales person when we purchased our appliances and she was excellent. She didn't rush us she explained each appliance how they worked and helped us figure out which ones we work best for us. She is extremely patient, kind, and very knowledgeable, for that reason we will return when we need to purchase any more appliances.

Must be under new management because this store used to be a horrible shopping experience. Visited a couple days ago and WOW! Great improvements ! Store looks much better and the service was outstanding (I work at the competition - so I know)

Prices way out of hand. Outrageous taking advantage of

This store has the best front end workers

I have a couple of things to mention. One, when I’m in an aisle, searching for a product and spend a significant amount of time Looking, several employees will walk by and not even ask me if I need help. Two, I often go to purchase cement and the gentleman that work there will refer me to the mentally challenged individual and let him do all the heavy lifting. I think that’s a disgrace. They work the department they are capable and I feel like they take advantage of that young man. I have to add Nicky is kind, compassionate, polite, and accommodating. I can’t say that about the other guys. Three, I’ve gone to buy plants and there are signs that say that they are on a discount that are largely in accurate when I get to the register. It’s a huge inconvenience to walk from one end of the store to the other with something that is not accurately priced or designated correctly

I went to Home Depot to pick up hardware for another project, as usual HD had what I needed. The only thing I could’ve used are parts bag(s) for the (20) bolts, (20) flat and (20) lock washers, and (20) nuts I gathered…

The customer refused to have the lumber used in his house. Had to return most of it and buy elsewhere. Not the first time this has happened. Lesson learned finally.

Terrible customer service.You need to train your associates better they are the face of the company. Most of your associates are rude and act like they're doing you a favor when you ask them a question and they don't even help you!

I have been treated pretty bad by the employees and the managers.

I have been shopping this store for close to 30 years and I must say that they have the most helpful and friendly people working there. It’s a “small “ store ( not as well stocked as other locations) but it is by far my favorite store to shop at.
