I have been to different Home Depot around the area for my home projects, and this one is the best. Staff is attentive asks if you need help, and find things promptly. Shirley is a get it done person, and gets you materials quickly and helps you from beginning to end! Dave is also someone very supportive and finds what you’re looking for making the experience easy! Mr. B is personable and caring, and he always makes the best recommendations! Carmen is extremely helpful and pleasant always making the experience easy. The Home Depot team here is reliable and makes the shopping experience very pleasant.

I paid for delivery, installation, and removal of old washer. All they did was deliver. I had to find someone to install it and remove old washer

I just tried to return something I brought that I don’t needed from yesterday purchased. When it my turn another associate from the service desk told my cashier I didn’t walk in with it. After 5 or 10 minutes later after reviewing the camera they finally returned my refund. Not an apology was given to me.

I tried to use a $15 off coupon but when scanned by the cashier I was told it was for a mail-in rebate not cash off at the register. When I got home I looked the email details and it explicitly said $15 off at the register. Yes, I checked and what I bought was NOT on the list of excluded products!! What a SCAM!!!

Amazing customer service at the returns desk by cashier Tracy! She was able to help me return and repurchase a product that I had received as a promo that was purchased with other items and she knew exactly what to do and the process and made it quick and painless. Great customer service all around.

I went in with limited time. I was helped by Donna from plumbing and she was friendly and went above and beyond to make my shopping quick in and out.
