went to the garden shop for 24 bags of marble chips & several bags of paver sand to find the 2 people qualified to drive the forklifts were both at lunch. i had to load them by hang into my truck with the help of my 82 yr old father-in-law. Poor planning on their part. Service is just not what it used to be.

I was worried to go there alone to buy some bulky items, but the employees helped me from the picking to the loading process. I love this store and would not think of buying anywhere else.

I went to the store today and we were looking for a extension to our shower head we met Robin who stopped and helped us in the store this lady went on her hands and knees to get what we needed on a bottom shelf.she was down there for more then 5 mins showing us different ones I was treated so very nice this lady was a angel I'm not kidding she went above to help us and made 2 old people very happy Thank- you Robin from merchandise Team

I purchased an LG washing machine and the customer service lady, Shirley, was so kind and pleasant that she came across like long time friend, not a sales person with a sales pitch. We instantly loved her.

We have had to purchase 3 new appliances in the last 4 months. We purchased them all at this Home Depot and could not be happier with the service we received. The first order had a delay, but that was not the stores fault, it was the manufacturer and the Home Depot customer service line was very helpful each time I called. On the 2nd purchase, we had to return the original fridge and replace it due to sizing issues. The sales rep, Shirley, was amazing with my original purchase (and helped saved me money!) When we had to go back to pick out the replacement, she wasn't on duty but the gentleman that helped us was very nice. He ultimately had to get the manager on duty involved for a price match (which was a big one and they did it without hesitation!) There were some other things (coupons and matching the original financing agreement) that she also had to help with. She could not have been any nicer or more helpful. It was an excellent customer service experience all the way around! Kudos to all involved!
