I recently moved to Attleboro and as usual Home Depot is my second home. One thing I must say is people here are very informative and quick to help. That is key for me since I need to find what I need and continue my day. Also, the questions I have are always answered and satisfied with what I learn. Recommend it here for all your tools and home services!

Employees are rude and go out of their way to ignore you. I stood at the customer service desk for over 20 minutes with 6 people standing behind the customer service counter chatting like it’s their break room. No one even acknowledged me and when they finally did they were extremely rude.

Return experience is so badly, the refused to refund the open box item I bought one day ago. The return guy make decisions in one second and never listen your explaining. Later the pluming department specialist confirmed it is new items, then he refunded it for me unhappily

Mannie Stadolnik in Kitchen & Bath Design, should be acknowledged with some type of award. She has so much knowledge to share in doing her job. Not one other person could even compare with her. You should have more star employees like Mannie.

Hi everyone , I love to shop at this store because I always find the items that I need , the staff members are very friendly and always willing to help their customers. i have purchased multiple items at this store so I definitely recommend new and existing customers to shop at the Attleboro store.

This store is always bustling with activity and you can sometimes feel neglected or that there is not enough staff to help. If you are in the market for major kitchen appliances at the South Attleboro Store location be sure to ask for Shirley and Mannie! They are superstars, who are knowledgeable experts and love their job. Shirley was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to manually check the inventory levels of items we were interested in purchasing. Love you ladies!

Checkout was fast with Rosa, she was very friendly. I liked the paint sample assistance. Was in a quandary what color to choose. Selection was great. Felt safe from germs there. Store was very clean. With the virus I didn't go out much. The reason I wanted to fix up my home was I'm sick of staying inside and needed to change a lot of stuff. I traveled from Cranston, ri to get there. Home Depot had many ideas to update my home.

Shirley in kitchens is extremely helpful . She was friendly and knowledgeable in helping me design my kitchen. She did a great job and I would go back to Home Depot because of employees like her.

Excellent staff and always have majority of the items in stock (especially tools and materials). If there's something cannot be found or that if there's a restock issue the employees are very helpful in finding what is needed or make great suggestions! I like the store, but they don't send out weekly mailings so that I can see what is being offered that week.

The South Attleboro Home Depot is very well organised and clean. I know where to find everything I need. The paint department is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Overall the store was good given that it was very crowded and product was not neatly assembled in it's place on the shelves. While the store personal stocking the shelves and answering mine and others questions were not customer service oriented the cashier who checked out by order was polite, customer oriented and thanked me for shopping at Home Depot and welcome me back real soon!!

Employees are helpful and courteous when you need assistance.

I am a contractor who spends a LOT of money at other HD’s daily. One of my few experiences at the S Attleboro store was a complete disaster! No one there has a clue what their doing or cares about paying customers. Do yourself a favor and shop at Lowe’s or another HD this one is full of crap materials and complete dysfunctional employees !!!!

I always feel confident when I have any question there is a knowledgeable associate to help.

I HAVE NEVER MET A RUDER BUNCH OF WORKERS... DISGUSTED ALL AROUND FROM THE OUTSIDE TO THE INSIDE, AND LACK OF COURTESEY. THE SEEKONK AND MANSFIELD STORES WILL GET OUR BUSINESS FROM NOW ON, I CANT BELIEVE THIS STORE IS STILL IN BUSINESS IN ATTLEBORO, NEW MANAGEMENT AND WORKERS NEEDED.

Nice Store, Although, needs a pay booth in the parking lot area. By the mulch and large plants. Always a problem between choosing your plants, paying inside, and getting. Sometimes discouraging.

I went to Home Depot in the first place because the other place does not carry the light bulb I needed. When I got to the check out with my bulbs I realized that my bulbs did not have a bar code to scan on them. The cashier Carlos immediately helped me find the code to use. He went out of his way to be friendly and helpful to me. He didn't just page someone and make me wait for help, he helped me immediately! As a fellow retail associate, I wanted to give him superior service a shout out. Thanks!
