I usually enjoy my trips to this Home Depot and usually have limited interractions with the employees. But on this trip I had 2 great experiences with 2 different employees. In the plumbing aisle, I was looking for tubing and was asked if I needed help and he didn't just point me to the aisle but took the time to get me just what I needed. Then, in the paint aisle, while looking for white exterior paint, I picked out what I thought was what I wanted and an employee asked if I was all set. I said yes but he asked specifically what I needed and when I told him, he looked at what I had picked out and told me I had the wrong paint and got me the right stuff.

Went to go get a shelf that another customer had customized. Brought to checkout, the cashier Connor had SUCH a bad attitude. I said something to him amd I guess he ignored me. When I said it again he responded "what" with big time attitude. I asked to speak with a manager for a price adjustment since the shelf was shorter than it was supposed to be. He literally sighed so loud, threw the price scanner on the counter and walked away. The manager came by and asked if there was a problem. I told him about the attitude then paid and just left I didn't want to be in there anymore. Terrible customer service. If you're that sick of your job, find another one. Miserable.

We would like to have you thank Shirley, in Appliances! She was truly AMAZING!! She was friendly, knowledgeable and personable! She listened to the features we wanted and found the perfect stove and refrigerator for us! She was actually fun to work with and The Home Depot is VERY, VERY lucky to have her! We would definitely say that in all the years we've been buying appliances, this was by far our best experience ever, at ANY store, with any associate! She's just wonderful!

Today I was looking for a new Dryer and as usual I have no idea how these things work. Luckily Shirley from the appliances department helped me and my family choose the right one at the right price. Definitely would come back and see her.

I always find everything that I need at this store. Been coming here for 20 years.

Just bought a house around the area so I have been coming here every few days. Never had an issue other than today. Associate with hat and glasses in paint was rude. He watched me for a while as I stood next to the primer for a bit ( never offered any type of help) I finally chose 1, he came next to me, didn’t say a word while I put the cans in my cart. One can fell over by accident in the cart where child’s sit, he said with attitude” you need to pick that up”. I said okay, picked it up and he continued to just stand next to me as I grabbed another can as if I was going to steal. Not sure if it’s because I’m young, or Spanish, or both. But after I grabbed those cans, I still stayed in that same area looking at other primers and he just stood there next to me watching me. Never offering to help at all. Most uncomfortable experience ever. I even acted like I was on the phone so maybe he would go away which worked. I asked someone else a question after who helped me in the same section with primer after.

I always shop at the Home Depot in North Attleboro and the employees there are always so helpful and polite. Bill in Hardware, AJ and Nicole at the front counter, Mandy in Countertops, Dennis in Plumbing and the staff in Outdoor Gardening. I can always find what I need and someone to help if I need them.

I found a home for shopping for all my lumber projects!! Paul in lumber at the south attleboro store is SOOO knowledgeable and personable in helping me with my projects. I get competitive prices shopping at Home Depot and I get the whole shopping experience with an employee who cares about my projects.

The staff in this store always go above and beyond to help me. They are friendly and helpful and always know where everything is located in the store.

It sounds simple, but I was in line waiting and was addressed immediately. They definitely care about their customers no doubts.

Marion was above and beyond helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly during my shopping experience. I had many questions, she knew where all items were located and completed my transaction with a pleasant smile and conversation!

After being told I would now need to register online to use my veteran discount, I find out the company donates to those that are trying to destroy democracy in America. I will NEVER shop another home depot for the rest of my life, and will tell every veteran I know to do the same. MORALS OVER MONEY.

I recently moved to Attleboro and as usual Home Depot is my second home. One thing I must say is people here are very informative and quick to help. That is key for me since I need to find what I need and continue my day. Also, the questions I have are always answered and satisfied with what I learn. Recommend it here for all your tools and home services!

Employees are rude and go out of their way to ignore you. I stood at the customer service desk for over 20 minutes with 6 people standing behind the customer service counter chatting like it’s their break room. No one even acknowledged me and when they finally did they were extremely rude.

Return experience is so badly, the refused to refund the open box item I bought one day ago. The return guy make decisions in one second and never listen your explaining. Later the pluming department specialist confirmed it is new items, then he refunded it for me unhappily

Mannie Stadolnik in Kitchen & Bath Design, should be acknowledged with some type of award. She has so much knowledge to share in doing her job. Not one other person could even compare with her. You should have more star employees like Mannie.
