I needed parts to repair my toilet flushing valves. The variety of available valves was outstanding. Instructions to correctly install the valve at home permitted very quick and accurate completion. The stock available to solve home problems is amazing.

I was looking for a specific light bulb and door bell. The store rep was friendly and helped me through my entire search.

We needed a new BBQ and Joe was the right person to ask for help! He was so knowledgable (And I believe he said that it wasn't even his department!) and friendly! All three associates we dealt with were stellar. And I think this is somewhat rare in big box retail these days. That is the reason I took the time to write this review!

I found all the items I needed and found Nancy your cashier very friendly and i appreciated her.

Had enough staff to meet the demands of the customers. All the staff were friendly and engaging.

I don't know much about home maintenance - the employees are always so helpful, really listening and answering all my questions.

Twice now I have bought your products and there has been missing parts.

I am not satisfied with the product. Now twice I have found your product not completed with which the package says I should have and have been at customers home which wants the job done and not go back and forth to Home Depot.

You can't get a better selection, the prices comparable if not better than the competion and the service is great.

I'm so glad to live near a store that consistently offers good service and a friendly atmosphere.

all good things about this store. I incorrectly mentioned that I shopped at the Tigard, Or. store but it was the Beaverton, Or. store that I had this transaction. I have had good experiences at all of the H.D. stores that I shop at.

great Store Love your employees and your prices a great too. It would be nice if you could give us some coupons for taking the time to do these surveys.

Rosemary the checker out gal is the best I have ever seen anywhere. The folks at the pro desk are very good at what they do. I am familer with Bryan, and Donna. Chris the carry out guy is very good at what he does and is also very good at dealing with onry customers as is Rosemary. Rosemary also seems to know that us old guys shop better with a cup of coffee in our hand and always has the coffee ready for the early birds. OK to call me if you have questions

Customer service going downhill....associates seem annoyed when they help...not enough associates make themselves available and they put the guests who call on phone priority over guests in store.
