I shop here often and the people in the lumber yard and at the contractor's desk along with the best checker (Jennifer) in the biz... I enjoy coming to this store of the three in my area and I always get smiles and help right away. It is a pleasant experience going to this H.D.

The store is well laid out, stock is typically adequate, but finding an associate to help can often be a challenge.

Always nice to go shopping at a store that is properly stocked with merchandise and super friendly employees to boot. My cashier was probably the fastest one I've ever had. If you see Rikki at one of the registers - get in her line. This is not a one visit review, as I've been to this location multiple times and consistently received exceptional customer service from everyone I've encountered. You can't train someone to have exceptional customer service skills, it's part of their DNA - great job to the hiring team.

HD policy regarding stocking of items made the returns manager's job harder than it should have been, but she was helpful and creative in resolving the problem.

I went in to the store looking for a specific Makita combo 18v lithium drill/impact set. I found the set I wanted but it was priced almost $80 higher than I had seen a month ago. I ended up purchasing the set because I needed it, but wondered if the price was really accurate. During my visit I had no associates greet me or as if I needed any help, which is not an issue, I prefer to conduct my shopping without distraction.

purchased items (closet organizers) that required some questions to be answered and certainly assistance in loading to cart. not a soul to be found. hope this was a one time experience.

The associates are always very helpful and knowlegdable and friendly. The store is always fun to shop in.

As always, it was the sales associate who made this trip worthwhile. He was available, and knowledgable. He knew right where things were. He was also able to recommend or explain the differences between the products so that I was able to make a better choice. So not only did he find the right items, but he helped in the decision making, which is just what I needed!

Good people make all the difference, I like the variety of people and the different assets they bring. I can always find someone to help me load, but sometimes finding people in the plumbing area is harder.

This Home Depot is our one-stop shop for all our home improvement needs. The shelves are well organized and there are associates in the isle available for questions. The staff has always been patient and courteous with my numerous questions.

I really like finding the product on homedepot.com to grab the aisle and bay number, going to that location in the local store, quickly finding the product and quickly checking out through the self-checkout stations. On the rare occasion where I've asked for help, the associates have been friendly and competent.

Waited for associate to help load - never showed up. Items were available. Aisles are too crowded - hard to get cart through some areas.

I almost always find what I go there for and also usually find something else interesting. Sometimes a bit slow in finding an associate to help me but they always know where what I want is located. Isles are sometimes clogged but that is because they are stocking shelves with things we need. Always plenty of parking too.

While the store is smaller than others in the area, it is much closer and I usually find what I need.

Aside from having the best location in town home depot offers a great selection of hardware/tools with reasonable prices, I am most pleased with there wide variety of millwaki battery tools witch some store don't keep in stock nearly as well, overall will be returning soon for most of my construction needs

I usually do not like to write bad reviews about a particular individual or store. However, I feel it is necessary, with the hopes that service is improved on the Lumber Deparment on this Home Depot-Santa rosa California. I am a contractor, so I constantly buy supplies and materials on this Home Depot. It is frustating that most of the times, I struggled to find an employee on charge of the Lumber Department. This time, I looked for an employee who could help me. I was lucky to find Leon, who was extremely hepful, patient and corteous. While Leon was helping me, I overheard another customer who mentioned he had waiting for a whle too in the Lumber Department. Kudos for Leon, who by the way, also wondered why no one was available in the Lumber Department. So I want to emphasize one more time that I am writing this review hoping that it will improve customer service, not to single out any indivdual. I buy stuff on this store often, because I like it. So please praise Leon, and the most the crew there.

I have shopped at this store since it opened and was disappointed when it replaced Yardbird's but have found knowledgable and helpful staff in every department and the same level (or better) of merchandise as the store it replaced. I can't always reach the items I want, but there is always a staffer who will get it for me. I especially like the garden center, both for knowledgable staff and quality of plants.

I will remain a true blue customer for life. All my friends are customers of yours. When I meet new people I tell them where to buy home applinces.

Purchased a gift card and found the gift card by check stand and had a fast, simple, self checkout experience!

I would suggest going on line and locating products before going to store and that way won't have to walk from one end to the other or rely on associates. the associates that use online to locate do it quickly.

Of all the home DIY stores we can chose from, i find Home Depot has the best selection and prices

I received help from an associate in tools helping me understand the use of one of the tools in the Ryobi combo set I wanted to (and did) purchase. A few minutes later an associate in lumber cut all my boards, and the checkout associate explained my warranty and extended warranty info. Quick and successful visit!

There was a large selection of BBQ grills already assembled outside and ready to go. I had been surfing the net to all the usual suspects as in Walmart, Amazon, etc. etc. and HD not only had the best prices with a larger ready to see selection but the very exact model I wanted was there now. Associate noticed a couple items meeting less than full new/quality presentable and knocked of some buck. I was so pleased I opted for some bling items equaling the total: almost like get some freebies. in/out in 20 min. LOVED the experience.

It was my usual experience at the ol' Home Depot...running up and down canyons of merchandise, but I like that. There's always something new to discover. I entered the store a bit depressed, but left rather uplifted thanks to the infectious mood of my awesome cashier, Vicki VLS0826.

I have been doing a fairly large home project so I have visited several departments at Home Depot over the past few weeks. Unlike some "Big Box" stores I have found this Home Depot to be a pleasant surprise. All the associates I have dealt with in Lumber, Paint and Garden have been professional and friendly. My only "complaint" is that at times I wish the "check-out" process was a bit faster in the main register area. Overall I have found this store to be above my expectations.

I came to the store today to pick up supplies for siding repair at my home. During my visit I stopped in the appliance department and the flooring department to get ideas for kitchen and bath projects. In both departments I was greeted by very friendly associates who offered to look up information for me. Both of them were very helpful, and I left with the information I needed to plan my future home improvement projects! I will definitely be back soon for the materials I need.
