They had everything in stock so I can come in replace the broken parts and be on my way

Today I was helped by a gentleman named Louis. He was so nice, knowledgeable and patient. He took us to five different areas of the store helping us find the size and pattern of vinyl for a bathroom project. He then went out of his way to research 3 adhesives available and found the one that people buy with our selected flooring. I haven’t had a person so helpful and knowledgeable in decades. Kudos to Louis.

J.C. had a fix to my emergency at the house which otherwise would have left the home without water until a plumber could be called out the next morning. He was able to solve it based on one picture I brought in

Drove to Home Depot Santa Rosa for: FEIT Electric Linear LED Tube Light Type B Ballast Bypass. An associate checked his computer and said the item was no longer available. I then asked if the item was available in the Windsor HD, he checked and said that yes 'two were available' there. I then drove to the Windsor HD and the 'two available' were two large boxes each containing 25 of the LED's. The associate there said that the boxes could only be sold in the 25 lots at almost $200- each. I asked if at Rohnert Park HD had any in stock and yes they did, so I made the purchase and drove to the Rohnert Park HD to pick them up. All this time waisted and 58 miles of driving when the first associate could have been more diligent and recognized that the LED's were in lots of 25 and not sold individually! PICK-UP ORDER #WH16467913 at Rohnert Park.

The GM there is making the Santa Rosa Home Depot great again.

Poor construction of prehung door. Check for off set door, gaps top and sides of door, hinge placement hampers opening of door

Everyone one staff was knowledgeable , friendly, and helpful. TEALLY GREAT!

Incorrect item had to be returned even though the sale price was displayed. Couldn’t do an exchange. I had to return the items and then get charged a second time for what they said was the correct items. Customer service so unhelpful. No one offered to help me out. Had to ask for help and basically it was an inconvenience to them.

i just purchased a Tuff shed i saw on line, but they sent a salesman to my home to see if it was a good size for the space i had. After i bought it, i wanted to get a larger one and uprade. their policy sucks, charging a restocking charge and quoting more than the one i wanted on line. I would not buy a Tuff Shed again, they are not customer service driven.

This store has the friendliest employees and the best selection of any of the other four the Home Depot stores in my area I make weekly trips and have always been more than satisfied with the high level of service I receive at the Santa Rosa location

The time to go to Home Depot is during the week early afternoon, also 6 to 7 PM. Staff is available, helpful and professional. They'll check the stock levels, explain benefits and features and be very pleasant. The store is usually well stocked with a wide variety of merchandise and it is easy to order on line and pick up, if you choose to. I have had issues twice with damaged goods being delivered, but Customer Service was great at replacing the items.

It’s getting better but continue to improve your employee assistance. Much better than 3 years ago

Uninformed and poorly trained employees If I could rate zero I would. I was sent on wild goose chases for 2 hours by employees that had no clue what or where things were. I will not return that Santa Rosa Bicentennial location again.

The staff was nice and as helpful as they could be, I needed a little more expertise on ceiling tile and grout

employees are always pleasant to help me find what I want.

I have had a few bad experiences at Home Depot and was reluctant to use them again. A carpenter convinced us to give them another try, and we were so glad we did. We were able to purchase cabinets that could be delivered quickly and are already assembled for a good price. Employees were absolutely a joy. I think it helped to be able to go mid week and mid day when they aren’t as crowded.

I ordered 3 ceiling fans online, and when I showed up to pick them up - they said someone other than me picked them up. Then they said it would be reodered. I showed up a second time to check - and no reorder was placed. They now did another reorder. Hello - who is the store mgr? They have major issues there

I worked with a Home Depot designer to help me configure a new kitchen. He worked with me for several weeks so that I felt comfortable with the layout and cabinets before placing the order.

Screwed the entire transaction up once again.

We had a great experience with Laurie Albano in the carpet department. She was very helpful with the different options of carpet available!

As a pro I rely on easy in and easy out.

The Santa Rosa Home Depot is not the place to go if you are looking for help. I have spent 5 minutes trying to find an employee to help me. The employees are generally positive and willing to help--there just isn't enough of them.

We received great service from several employees at this store. We also went home and ordered an item online and found that shipping was free! Thank you Home Depot!!

What's not to like? Convenient location: ample parking; very clean; well stocked. Helpful and friendly staff. Great Auto Center and Gas Station. Food Court is excellent. Restrooms well maintained.

Picked out 2 vacuums on line and you had neither lots of spaces where they used to be

This has to be the best HD in the Bay Area. Great store with excellent friendly staff. Very helpful
