During the process of returning the bathtub and refrigerator we were helped in the Santa Rosa store by Mari. She was charming, smart and professional. All of the Customer Service and store associates have been great; helpful, personable and capable. We live close by and will continue to shop there for small items. No more large purchases, however.

As a small time general contractor, I love Home Depot and shop solely there as much as possible. I wish they would sell big stretch caulking made by sashco, i also wish they offered door hinges that did NOT have the bottom caps. I love how lumber is stored inside. The location is great, I just wish they could expand. Buy out the grocery store next door and make it the super Home Depot hub!

As a contractor and multi-family rental owner, I have for decades been a heavy user of Home Depot products and services. Now I avoid the place whenever possible. Every time I go there, I find more and more sections of ordinary common items like romex wire, tools, headlamps, etc in padlocked cages. Not only are you required to hunt down a human with the padlock codes to get at these items, you are not even allowed to continue shopping after loading them into your cart. If you want to buy a little $20 headlamp, the employee is required to escort you until the purchase is complete. I am entirely too busy for this crap, not to mention the humiliation of being treated like a crook, so Adios, Home Depot. The place for security is at the checkstand and /or the exit doors, not on the floor.

I had to buy items on far ends of the store, and one item required the ultra large lumber carts. I was directed by available members but I waited courteously in line for each advisor, several customers needing help and NOT ENOUGH PEOPLE !

Santa Rosa is the best Home Depot store. It is more stocked and organized better than the other Home Depot stores in the area.

James ( i believe that was his name) was knowledgabe, informative, practical, patient and pleasant. He was the perfect Home Depot employee.

Went in for plumbing part and request assistance. Asked for assistance again and after 45 minutes of looking on my own I left.

I went to buy one can of spray paint and all they had open with self check out, self check out you can’t buy one can of spray paint without showing your ID. There were six people at self check out and one girl trying to help everybody it’s ridiculous that you can’t hire enough people to man your cash registers I would seriously consider going elsewhere if I continue to deal with

I was very happy with my visit to find the items that I needed to make the repairs on my toilet. The gentleman that helped me was excellent, unfortunately I did not get his name. He was so very helpful in showing me all the items that I needed. Seems my very old toilet had several problems from different dripping/running valves to worn out tank gaskets. I was able to purchase everything that I needed. Then I only had to go home to do the repairs.

Fix your saw so you can sell people cut lengths of lumber. Aparently the saw has been inoperable for at least 2 weeks A lumber store that can't cut a piece of lumber to see? Seriously?

Out of 5 they declined 3 paint items saying opened/used It was not satisfactory after I used it This is not hassle free returns for members

Most times when I want to shop at home depot I choose the Santa Rosa store. Every employee I have delt with has been most helpful. The courtesy that they have shown to me has made shopping at the Santa Rosa store. And it's every time I shop there.

The shelves in the limber area are always empty and we have to go to either Windsor or Rohnert Park for material!

If you need a little help, this is the store. Have had great experiences at this store every single time.

For 30 years, I have done a lot of remodeling and renovating on my four homes. I visit my local HD an average of once per week. The vast majority of HD employees are happy to help me when I have a question.

Two employees were able to direct me to the correct location for the various items that I needed.

Bought this a month ago. Sits in the single-hung window with screen in place and does a good job cooling the bedroom at night. If you live in an area with hot days and cool nights, you will appreciate this fan.

blind cutter out of order for 6 months! The credit card machine never works properly , takes a long time to pay! Pressure washer parts trays have been empty or mostly empty for a year. Nobody seems to know anything that you ask them!

More than 90% of the time will call pick ups are incomplete due to inventory inaccuracies. Employees always seem inconvenienced when asking a question. Waited for 10 minutes while employees finished their personal chat about their home life before I was assisted.

Santa Rosa store. James from the Pro desk noticed I was having a delima. He took over, loaded my cart, took me to check out, loaded my truck. This was with many bags of heavy sand and not a easy task. He did this with a smile and friendly demenor you NEVER find in a store anymore. I was so pleased I tried to offer a gratuity, but he refused time and again. Friendly, helpful and just amazing customer service. So rare these days and so appreciated. I will be back !

Home depot had all the supplies i needed. Wasp traps, Bug fumigation cans and Home Defense for spraying the perimeter of my house

I bought some wood and it was cut for free. Making the job that I’m doing at home on my house lot easier.

HD "writing guidelines" say to "avoid writing about cust0mer serv1ce"! LOL, now I know why. It's terrible. CS is everything. I'd rather pay more and go local.

I have purchased numerous things from Home Depot over the past 60 as I moved out of one apartment and into another. I purchased a Ryobi link rolling tool box and also a small parts sorter that stacks on top. Customer service was helpful and efficient ensuring my transition went smoothly, and my purchases were correct.

Today was my lucky day. I met James, The Manager. He effectively and efficiently helped me in a purchase. He is not only professional, but humorous and polite. I enjoyed my shopping experience even more with his help. If you go to this store, in Santa Rosa, ask for HIM......he is AweSome.
