Today was my lucky day. I met James, The Manager. He effectively and efficiently helped me in a purchase. He is not only professional, but humorous and polite. I enjoyed my shopping experience even more with his help. If you go to this store, in Santa Rosa, ask for HIM......he is AweSome.

Jim Pittman helped me and my wife find a fridge that would fit our needs and was so pleasant and helpful.

I am remodeling a bathroom from the ground up. The materials were able to be bought and found at good prices in Home Depot. But I had to return to two different stores several times to get the complete items needed because of out of stocks. Slow down the job my weeks

Had been searching for outdoor furniture and found this Lakewood 5 piece wood patio set. What nice quality and superb packing. We are extremely happy and pleased to have found such a nice quality wood set.

Employees are not trained in customer service. I returned a garage door opener one day after purchase. And the reason was a missing part inside the package. The Home Depot installer told me that he was unable to install it, because "a piece was missing in the box! When I return the package, I faced hostilities from the employee at the "Customer Service" desk. The reason was that I only got partial credit for the garage opener, but not an installation fee of $148.00. When, I asked for the full refund, I was told it is not possible. Even though the garage door opener was not installed due to a missing part in the box! When, I asked to talk to manager I was called "rude"! It is somehow rather ironic that an incompetent and careless employee who lacked customer care training to be in charge of "Customer Service" desk for returns! I never knew that asking for your money back is labelled as "rude" in Home Depot. When others lack adequate training and civility can certainly damage the reputation of a store. I will not waste my time or money in this place again.

Best big box garden center , employees were helpful & in a good mood

Great customer service from start to finish. Ted went above and beyond to help me, and it was greatly appreciated.

I just stopped in on Easter Sunday to pick up some plants and soil for my grandkids to plant on Easter. The whole experience was fantastic. a kind woman greeted me by the soil bags and loaded up what I needed and then a new staff member named "Hector" took care of loading my car, including covering my carpet so that the plants and soil didn't create a mess. He was a great guy! I really enjoy shopping at this Home Depot!!

I found employees to help me in each place I needed to find something. Some went along with me to other departments. And Hector helped me out to my car with an especially heavy load. He was super friendly and careful with my load.

After purchasing lumber materials for a home project I was struggling to load a full sheet of plywood in my truck .Hector saw this and immediately came over and loaded it for me. At 76 and partially handicapped this really made my day

My order is not complete, but am very satisfied at this point of my shopping venue

The assistant manager helped me solve a tough connection detail. Not only that he brought me what I needed and then assembled it for me WOW!!! Much thanks and gratitude

Bob in the paint department got and mixed my paint, and then went and got a basket for me. None were available in the store.

Everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. Didn't have to look for help and they weren't pushy. Check out was quick and easy. 4 starts because they didn't carry everything I needed so I have to go to another home Depot to finish getting materials for job

I took back a faucet and there was no pain in returning it. Cashier was pleasant and friendly. I have purchased in this last year, a BOSCH ductless clothes dryer, a SAMSUNG refrigerator and have been completely satisfied.

The assistant store manager was very helpful attentive and appreciative of my business. I shop here quite frequently and he always brings me with a smile and acknowledgment of my presence! Need more employees like him!

After the fifth or sixth time going and having a hard time finding help I think I’ve found that I’ll find somewhere else for my hardware needs. Disappointed because normally Home Depot seems to care more about helping people

So this is going to be a review that covers a couple of my trips to the Santa Rosa home Depot. Every single time I step foot in the door I automatically have anywhere from one to three employees following me around the store. I do not get asked if I need help or if I'm finding everything okay. In general I feel like I'm being profiled and I'm incredibly uncomfortable even stepping foot in that store. My suspicions or my concerns have been confirmed last night when I confronted an employee who was sent out to the garden center to watch me. In her own words she said I'm sorry I was just sent out here to watch you because they felt you were acting suspicious. So incredibly disrespectful so incredibly rude and horrible customer service if you ask me. I will never step foot in that store ever again and I will be contacting the corporate office. Something has to be done because it's not right that they made me feel so uncomfortable. I own a cleaning business I was in there buying my cleaning products and because I felt so uncomfortable I walked out of the store without even buying anything. And had to drive to a different city just to buy my products.

it was raining and I really needed downspouts and some attachments for my house. A couple of winters ago ,while during a storm,it flooded, and I was very worried but you had all the products I needed today (Oct 21 st 2021) thank you so much

Store is well organized, employees are friendly and helpful.

This was the old yard birds building and I've ' been shopping here for quite some time many days more than twice or even 3 times even A-day Store is always very positive helpful and friendly
