I love the convenience of the Home Depot. Good prices and a large supply of materials. I can usually get everything I need in one shopping trip.

This store has great selection of products. The store is clean and well organized. If you ever need assistance ask for Mike in the flooring department. He is well educated on all the products and is friendly and willing to help .

The store is in great shape and everyone is very friendly and helpful. Jay Hicks and Jess Kiefer in the millwork department were particularly knowledgeable and helpful, and made our project go smoothly.

I appreciate the personalized service of a cashier at Santa Rosa, Maria consistently provides outstanding customer service while assisting me with my lumber Items for many years now. She is always friendly and extremely knowledgeable about products, Maria makes it very pleasant to shop at Home Depot and I always leave with her wishing me to have a wonderful day!

Just had an excellent experience dealing with a complicated return. All the staff-persons I encountered were professional, helpful and pleasant, and the returns clerk (Kat) and store policies made it so that I left the store with a huge weight off my shoulders.

The problem with this store is that they don't know how to deal with the needs of consumers. I myself, bulid houses and in the past have bought, to my detriment it turns out, Home Depot supplies. They tend to break early and are not repairable as parts from other stores are. I think they have their own special versions of popular brands that are "lesser" than what you typically buy. The stores themselves have no accountability and cannot assist with problems, really. I find it disheartening... but thankfully in my area we have plenty of other alternatives besides Home Depot. I used to really like this store, years ago. It's really too bad what's happened to it.

Elena is an excellent cashier. Very polite, helpful and friendly. Treat her well. She made our trip to Home Depot most delightful today.

first big project on the new home. Laurie, in the window and flooring dept is your girl. She knows her department and gives excellent service and in a timely manner.

Store was awesome! Paint department was super helpful finding what I needed.

Had an issue at check out with my "Pro Rewards" discount and Alyssa took the time and effort to take me to customer service desk and made sure the issue was corrected. Customer service at it's best!

You were the only store in Santa Rosa to have the color of range I needed. When the delivery man, Jose, could not install it, John, the manager on duty, promptly refunded the cost of an electrician since installation was included in the price of the stove. I appreciate the ease with which this was done.

Cashier Trudy helped us find and buy online vent registers. She's a professional and kind person. We're happy with her customer service.

The associate Lizzy was patient and considerate. Overall store was good a little busy. I found what I was looking for and was able to do the return.

We have all been to places where we walk out of disappointed and upset. The Santa Rosa Home Depot is not that place, especially when they an assistant manager by the name of Jay. Jay truly knows the stock his customers have, he will go above and beyond, no waiting, its obvious Jay knows the old school value of customer service. I will recommend my family and friends to the Santa Rosa Home Depot because Jay took the time to be a customer advocate. Thank you!

This store is great. They're professional, courteous and above all polite. Gettin' er done, as they say. Working people, with things they're doing. (helping us!) Much different from my experience at *(another local area store) where the employees couldn't be found, until I walked all the way around the back of the store, only to find that it was literally around the corner from a 'dispensary' ...!? There they all were... (obviously off the clock at the time)

They've always got what I need, and Hannah and Tammy in lumber are always able to help me find it. Well played, Home Depot. Stay golden, Airman Sir and Not Ma'am.

Good store nothing more to say

I came in to buy a new dish washer and microwave. Stood in the appliance area in a place that was traveled by multiple employees for over 15 minutes without anyone asking if I had been helped or do I need help. I knew what I was going to buy and just needed someone to write the order up. Frustrated I left and went to Windsor Home Depot where I was immediately helped and out the door in 12 minutes.

Being a novice the patience and assistance I received made me comfortable and I appreciated the information and knowledge they shared.
