I had to wait about 10 mins to exchange my propane tank. Store n Fairfield has a better way. You don't need to wait for a employee to unlock the cage to get your exchange. This store is using the old school way. Update your system to this century please.

I went to buy blinds for all of my windows. I had the best help ever by the sales associate. She helped me from start to finish. l look forward to working with her again.

The store associate was amazing. He indicated he was a 40-year electrician prior to working at HD, and provided me with a wealth of information. I sure wasn't expecting such a high level of service at 4:00 on a Sunday afternoon. He was pulling parts from all over the place, in boxes that weren't always clearly marked, to get me out of there with everything I needed to complete my electrical project. Best experience in over 15 years shopping at area Home Depots.

We recently remodeled our kitchen and worked with Tom in the Kitchen Design department. The process went very smoothly and timely. We felt that we were well advised and that the prices were reasonable. It was much easier to design the kitchen with Tom's help. There are so many decisions to make and he was able to give us expert advice and come up with a design quickly! We really appreciated his knowledge of both kitchens AND computer design software.

I was pleasantly surprised to have such a great time finding the things that I needed and for the two items that I sought assistance in finding I recieved pleasant and professional help. I received assistance in getting the coupons for items on sale and speedy assistance with register message. Wow! A great experience in a Big Box store! I look forward to my next visit.

I had just left out patient hand surgery and stopped by to have keys made. The associate who I had to track down to make the keys didn't want to help and made it known they didn't want to help. They acted put out that I my bandaged hand wasn't a valid reason for them to take keys off my key ring and then refused to put them back on once copies were made. And the cashier at the self service registers which were the only ones open watched me struggle to make payment. When I brought the unacceptable service to the manager on duty's attention, he started the conversation by telling this was his day off. There is no service at the Santa Rosa Home Depot.

The store was clean and bright. THe associate was able to answer all my questions and assist me with concerns. Going the Home Depot website prior to my visit was very helpful and made my purchases much easier and quicker.

While finding an associate may take some time, when you DO find one, they'll surely be helpful and knowledgeable. The folks at this store 'know' the store and will help you find what you need. I never hesitate to go here.. and I also know that if I purchase something that I ultimately do not need, they'll take it back.. GREAT experiences. Always. :)

Associates seem to have vanished from the floor the last 3 times I have been in this store. Just like the bad old days when Nardelli was at the helm. What has happened? The customer service/online pickup booth is the best place to get any kind of help.

As soon as I walk in the store I find an associate pretty quickly and they direct me to where I can find the product I came for. Saves a tremendous amount of time.

I prefer the Santa Rosa store over the Rohnert Park store. Store is cleaner with less clutter in the aisles maker my time spent in the store less and I get more work done.
