In general this is a very good Home Depot. The Associates that I have encountered and dealt with have all been very knowledgeable and were able to answer my questions. Extremely helpful and friendly. I recommend this store to my friends.

the employee was very helpful in assisting us and cutting our blind to size, she was friendly and knowledgeable, also went above and beyond in helping us

The Somerset location is so conveniently close to my workplace. Whenever I go there at lunchtime there are plenty of friendly employees waiting to point me in the right direction!

Appliance selection was good . Associates were knowledgable and friendly.

even though the store is not very neat and orderly at lease you know that they will have the items your looking for and they may not be a lot of selections but it still a very reliable store for products, seven days a week and late night available

The Store was clean and products were easy to find. I was very happy with the help I received today and every time I shop at my local Homedepot.

This is my favorite store because it is always neat and clean , the staff is helpful and available, and most of all it is always well stocked.

The staff is readily willing to help you find what you need. They always have stocked up on what they anticipate customers needing, such as gardening equipment and poison ivy stuff in the late spring.

ALWAYS HELPFUL STAFF I WENT IN PLANNING TO ONLY BUY SOME THINGS I COULD CARRY AND ENDED UP NEEDING A CART AND ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WENT AND GOT ME ONE TODAY 7/1/16

Short story, went to store for sand for a project. No Greeter at main door to assist finding product. Had to track down an associate in Garden who then needed to find someone to get a product down. They helped me load my cart. Cashier was nice on the way out. Had to make a second trip and its was a ghost town, no help and the cashier, must have been a change of shift, had a personally that was blase'.

nice store for needed items but ,limited on verities also seems to be a little congested so not ideal for browsing

The associates I worked with to get my purchases were real pros!!! They made sure I had everything I needed.

Ed was extremely helpful. We went through multiple aisles trying to find what I needed. Unfortunately we couldn't find exactly what I needed. He was able to refer me to a local hardware store for additional assistance.

They Need more floor help. Nobody around when you need help.. Don't have time to go looking for somebody.

STORE WAS CLEAN AND STOCKED, EMPLOYEES HOWEVER NEEDED TO CHACED DOWN!!! HOWEVER I WILL STILL BE SHOPPING AT THIS LOCATION!!!

basically the store was clean and well stocked but when it came to find help it took me a couple of minutes to get someone to help me!

Store was clean and shelves were well stocked including lumber.

Associates go above and beyond to help and are always dropping product to keep the shelves full so i can get what i need and get out in a short amount of time

Every time I visit the Pro Desk at this store I get excellent help from Claude and Ray or anyone else on duty. They are always there to help you with questions about products or sales. I highly recommend this location.

On last several trips to this location, plumbing, tool rental, garden center, customer service, associates were extremely helpful and courteous. Have yet to be disappointed at this Home Depot.

Reception person went out of her way to help me located the 2nd part of a two part purchase. Saved me a lot of walking and time. Thank you.

the store was better then most,but i have bin to better

The store is completely organized which makes it easy to locate whatever you are looking for. The products are readily in stock. The associates are helpful and cashiers courteous. I would recommend this store to all my friends and family.

I had a small to-do list and found my items quickly with the posted isle contents and was happy to see plenty of in-stock items. I found the store neatly organized and clean which I feel is important showing good store management and employee pride!

Looking for hardware item, found the box empty, sought customer support looking for availability in near by stores. Inventory control indicated that this store still had this item on hand. Tim from customer service went to the hardware aisle and looked through the surrounding boxes of similar items until he located the item and quantity needed.
