In this store, the staff are knowledgeable and always willing to help me choose what fits my needs and budget. A place like Home Depot can be overwhelming for someone like me, but the team here makes it easier with their experience and guidance. They help me every time I am unsure of what to pick. Thank you.

Great service from everyone at this store

Plumbing employee, Robert was very knowledgeable and helpful with my plumbing problem.

This is the second time we have made a major appliance purchase with the help of Remy Hanselmann. She is knowledgeable, gracious, and eager to help. Her willingness to work with us is ideal because she is so patient. We appreciate Remy!

Home Depot has been my source for lumber, tools, paint and much more when I was a General Contractor and later for personal needs. I still go there first for needs at home in my retirement years.

I needed to match a paint color. The department manager was extremely helpful at this challenge. He scanned a paint chip from the area I was repairing and matched the color perfectly. He addressed my need while helping six other people out.

I have been to multiple HD in the Charlotte area, this was the best one yet. Everyone we met in the store answered our questions with respect and enthusiasm. We will drive the extra few miles from Indian Trail to use this HD for our purchases.

The electrical dept in this store is not stocked very well. Also, checking out at the Pro area is a joke. 3 registers open but only 1 person checking anyone out. The other 2 people were just hanging out talking.

Grossly understaffed. Need at least twice the number of associates that were present when I visited on a weekday afternoon. Very difficult to find any help.

THe Pro Desk, specifically Chuck Wagner, is outstanding to work with from ordering through delivery. I go out of my way to shop this store.

Great sale prices on everything gardening

I love this store because it is convenient to my location, but it is not a large store and primarily seems to cater to DIY homeowners, so the store does not necessarily carry a lot Good DYI grade items on hand. The location is convenient for me, but it does not carry a lot of contractor grade items. The employees are super friendly, but I hate being constantly asked about my HVAC unit. IT IS VERY ANNOYING! Home Depot needs to find another way to solicit this service. Place it at the special services desk for people who may need it, but STOP bothering me each time I need a nail!

Was told did not carry pine straw. After 4 employees and a supervisor I finally got the pinestraw. They all said they didn’t carry pine straw except the mgr. sent me from one end of storee to the other side. Poor customer service.

A shipment came in of items that we thought we would be able to bring home ourselves, but it ended up being more daunting than we realized. Personnel at this location very quickly arranged for a home delivery. We very much appreciate them working with us to get our items to our home..

I have never been in such a friendly and helpful stores in years. This Home Depot will now become my GO TO store for my future needs.

It was such a treat to find such great employees, working together to help each other and the customer, in this store. No duck and cover attitude when seeing a customer looking for help. The store workers are fine with what they do - they're pleasant and conduct themselves respectful. The leadership of the store, however, is lazy, uncooperative, disrespectful, and lacks the basic abilities to work with customers that are in the best interest of the company. This location in specific is invested with poor management and it shows with how customers are treated whenever an issue is escalated beyond the abilities of one of the workers.

Don’t believe the number of products listed in the store. HD doesn’t even know what they have in their stores. Two different visits for 4 different lights that were in the store according to the site and both times products were not available. What a waste of time!!

Went into the south Charlotte store instead of attempting to purchase online. Had some questions regarding product and price with coupon code. Lakisha and Marty were happy to help and ensured that my experience was positive. My HD credit card was in the mail and they provided me a temp shopping pass. Coupon code wasn’t working but they made sure it was applied and price was consistent with online offer. They deserve kudos for the exceptional customer service and earned my business going forward.

From the person who greet you when you walk in, to asking where to find an item or two, and the person who charges me for the items bought, they are courteous and professional every time

We needed to find an umbrella base for our umbrella. None were on the floor but Shelon checked the website and found what we needed.

We forgot our Home Depot card, and Customer Service helped us to apply a coupon we had on our account. Everyone was very professional and we were pleased with the service.

Once Home Depot had my money they no longer had any interest in ensuring a timely delivery or keeping me informed of changes in the delivery date. Two days prior to expected delivery of the purchased refrigerator freezer the previous month and which was verified earlier in the week, I was notified by text message that delivery would be delayed another six weeks.

I appreciate being treated with respect and value. I can tell you value excellent customer service and it shows. Hats off!

After being retired, I decided to do several improvement projects at home. I have found everything that I need at Home Depot. When I have been looking for tools or materials, employees have been very helpful.
