Efficient and friendly employees in finding product sought.

I usually have a great experience at any Home Depot, but was completely disrespected by one of your employees this evening. She literally made me feel unappreciated as a customer; she was just plain rude. I got the impression that she would have rather been on her cell phone since that’s what she was doing when I asked for assistance. Please explain to your employees that the customers pay they salaries. Without customers there the store would go out of business.

I have had many excursions to hardware stores. The Home Depot consistently has what I need and people who care about helping me locate the small missing screw or bolt I need. They have gorgeous plants and outdoor furniture too. I rarely to to the other big box store, as they try hard, but are usually out of stock and I have to search for an employee to help me locate what I need. Hardware stores are very important to women. We are usually the ones who over see the house and maintenance. Oh, and they carry wonderful Milwaukee battery operated tools that make life easier too.

I was at the store shopping for a fridge and compared prices from the other top store. I would sat Home Depot has better prices. The sales person knows what we would need upon installation so she had added the item needed and it will be included on the delivery. We didn't have to go to the aisle to find it or purchase it separately. Took us less than half an hour from credit application to the final check out!

The store is clean and the employees are very helpful.

This store has everything that you need.

Looks like Home Depot invested in new "state of the art" technology to better serve customers. Sad that it does not work ;-( Purchases and returns now take twice as long with the new system but no one seems to care... sad. And your competition is just across the street.

I'd only recommend this store because other people may actually be able to find the items they're looking for when they shop here. The only good experience I had here was on my way out. There was an employee, Jessica, stationed at self checkout who was very helpful. She stood out in stark contrast to the attitudes of all the other employees.

I’ve been going to this store since it opened and I have found the team members to always be helpful, the store is always clean and stocked...I never want to leave. I find excuses just to stop in and wander through the aisles. Some women love Target but I love some Home Depot.

I shop at this store all the time. I feel confident they have what I need and if I can’t find it, someone is always there to help.

This Home Depot garden selections are superior to all other home improvement stores in this area. Your vegetable plant variety even included heirloom tomato plants I couldn't find anywhere else. I love shopping here for my landscaping and gardening needs! Thank you for providing the plants to fuel my outdoor passion!!!

They always have what I need. They are friendly and take you right to the item you need to find.

The Garden Center at this location is Great!!

Employees are friendly and helpful. I especially liked working with Amanda Foster. I ordered an island for my kitchen and she worked out all aspects to meet what I wanted.

We ordered a tub for a bathroom remodel. However the delivery date was delayed several weeks. An associate, Kayla, helped us by calling the distribution center asking for them to expedite the delivery. Thanks Kayla! Once the tub arrived, the store manager Rosa gave us a discount for the inconvenience. Michael S. also was nice. Thank you Rosa, Kayla, and Michael S. for working as a team to help us! We have been shopping at Home Depot for at least 25 years and this is one reason why. Thank you.

I visted this store today and was greeted by every HD employee I saw. One even told me where he would be if I need something cut (Was looking for 1/4 rounds). Checkout person greeted me when I came in and also greeted me, while checking out someone else, before it was even my turn.

Chris in Gardening is AMAZING! No flatbeds in the Garden Center. I asked Chris & he said he'd get one for me- as opposed to telling me where to find them. Half way across a huge parking lot to get one, & was super cheerful! I needed 10 bags of Organic soil. He offered to help me put them on the cart. He pushed the (heavy) cart to the register & told me he'd watch for me to pull up & help me load them into my car - all with a smile Fabulous customer service! Give him a raise!

I have been a long time customer, being retired I have additional time and far more things to do that require items from .... HOME DEPOT .... I know where they are and always find what I need.

Everyone here is super helpful and knowledgable. Paul is a huge help in the hardware department! A true asset to the store!

I have been going to my Home Depot for almost 13 years. Have ordered on line and picked up in my store. They always have what I am looking for and if by some chance they do not have it in stock, they let me know what Home Depot has it...Truly Great Customer Service.....!!!!!

The Ballantyne Commons Home Depot has excellent employees that are friendly and make you feel like a valued customer. Brand and product selection is terrific, high end brands and always a good clearance area for great deals! Merchandising is always excellent and aisles are easy to navigate. Seasonal and Holiday promotions are always fun to look at and find some great items.

I am pleased with your store and its products. I enjoy shopping at the home depot and I take my time in purchasing your products. There is nothing else to state, other than I am satisfied with staff and products.
