Great customers services

I’ve shopped quite a few home improvement stores. This store goes above and beyond!! Everything is well stocked and the employees are very helpful.

This store is stocked well, very clean, well staffed, and very inviting.

Employees are helpful, knowledgeable and courteous.

Store is not organized. They have carts with peoples orders on them all over the store and zero lumber or flat carts available to use inside the store. Outside they are either so far away or extremely hot from baking in the sun.

Home Depot messed up a return and instead of fixing it they made me solve the issue. Will not return

I went yesterday to purchase my Christmas tree and I was so content with their service. The two gentlemen working the tent area were super helpful and friendly. Beautiful trees and great prices. Choose your tree and they will do the rest:-)

Home Depot is my happy place. I am a woman DIYer and absolutely love spending my time getting my supplies and tools at Home Depot. Everyone is friendly and the store is always clean and well-organized. Belinda is the highlight of my visits to Home Depot. Make sure you get in her lane at check-out. She exudes pure joy and happiness.

I never knew that if you purchased 4 or more air filters, you received a significant discount! What a GREAT FIND - I learned this from Eileen, an employee at Home Depot - I had just missed it.

Asked for help taking an appliance out of my vehicle to get it into the store and was refused by Overnight Manager Daniel (even though I was sent the wrong item and just had a kidney transplant). Asking about the policy of asking for help from the afternoon shift the next day I was told by Manager Dustin it shouldn't have been an issue.

John is an asset to Home Depot. He goes above and beyond!! We received 5 star service from him.

We needed some information and advice about a purchase and the employee found us and offered help. This is rare and wonderful!

Paul, in Painting!!! I needed grout for our shower at one of our rental properties. I went to the paint section and Paul was there, THANK GOODNESS!!! I shared with him what I needed and he said, "you'll need to go to the ceramic section to find grout for tile," and walked me there. I had NO IDEA!!! I needed a grout/caulk gun to use for the tube, so I went back to see Paul. Of course, he knew exactly what I needed and gave me a refresher on how to use it. THANK YOU PAUL, IN PAINTING!!!

Received excellent service. Friendly staff. Clean and organized store.

Deserve negative stars, there is never anyone available to help customers and if you finally find someone, they act like it is a huge inconvenience to help the customers. They also do not return money on returns to your bank account if you had to cancel your card due to fraud, even though you have a new card that goes to the exact same account, you are forced to get a gift card instead.

If you are a dog lover and would like to meet other dog owners this is the place to go.

Big purchase several months ago - refrigerator- service was excellent - now this store is our first choice.

Nothing but self checkout lines. I don’t get paid to for doing a cashier’s job, nor do I want their jobs eliminated. If you expect me to ring my own stuff up, knock $5 off my bill. Floor help was very friendly, only to be a ghost town up front .

Staff will ignore you and they don't honor their military discount.

The store manager was super understanding and helpful!! Took care of my need and helped with online order returns.
