Rude Cashiers. Rats all over the place

This store has friendly employees and are always stocked with items I am not able to locate at other nearby Home Depot’s

I shop at Home Depot almost daily for work purposes. This time I was with my wife and we were searching for an item. At that time, a young man working there approached us and asked if he could help us find something. That’s never happened before. I usually have to wander around trying to find help. After that, the cashier was very friendly and entertaining as we were checking out. Both of these employees appeared to really enjoy their jobs. Pleasant experience.

I was suppose to get my refrigerator delivered on 10/16. I did not receive a call the day before. When I looked up tracking email, it said there a problem and to call. It said estimated day was 10/16, but no time frame. I called and they said I was stop 5 between 8-12. Never came. I called throughout the day and kept getting the run around. Finally they gave me another deliver estimate for Thursday or Saturday. Four days after the original delivery date. As a customer I am being punished for the company not being efficient. I feel I should be compensated because I have no refrigerator.

This store is down the street from my house. It feels like a corner hardware store instead of a big box. I am familiar with the employees who have been there for some time. Always a cheery greeting and assistance when I need it from all my regulars.

Always easy to find things, the app is always always correct on items in stock, the employees ask if we need help everytime we pass one. Desire checked us out and like always she had a smile on her face and super sweet. Makes checking out super pleasant

My husband and I along with another customer on the same aisle waited about 20 minutes or more for assistance from a customer service representative. The customer service representative helped the other customer with no issues, the item was retrieved from the cage by the customer service representative. The customer service representative handed the item to the other customer and allowed the customer to bring the item to the front of the store. After helping the other customer, the customer service rep. proceeded to help my husband with the item he needed out the cage. After getting the item out the cage, we were told by the customer service rep “technically any item I get out the cage, I have to bring to the store”. The only difference between the other customer and my husband and I was the other customer was skin color. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and will not be going back to any Home Depot.

Anne Marie really took care of us with the purchase of a new fridge. She was extremely patient and helpful throughout the whole process.

All employees are helpful. Desire was friendly and helpful!

Mr. Jesse is a very helpful, friendly and polite employee. He approached me, asked if I needed help. He walked with me and showed me where the things I needed was located in the store. This employee deserves recognition. Great job, Mr. Jesse!

After visiting four other stores, I met Annemarie. she was friendly and helpful. She went the extra mile to help me.

Everyone was nice and welcoming! If you are ever in need “Nay” is one of the best cashiers.

The outdoor lighting was excellent will be retuning for more.

Home Depot carries quality goods. For example, their red Husky shelving --We recently bought 3--heavy duty shelving is the best! After 20 years we still have 2 of their Husky tool sorting cabinets functioning just like they were new. They carry the best organizing boxes, e.g. Hefty in all sizes and in bulk. Their LED lighting and lighting department is the best in Baton Rouge.

Everyone was so nice and ask did I need any help.

Do not full value of return on items that have not been used or opened! Wrong quanitity of paint was given to me and I was told I could not return it when it was the clerk's fault. Can't find anyone in the store that wants to help, including the manager.

I’ve said enough but just know it will take you longer to shop because you will not receive assistance

This location has more associates that are absolutely knowledgeable and friendly. They provide the best customer service than any other location around the Baton Rouge area to include Ascension and Denham. Highland Store is the best! Shout out to Mrs. Annamarie

I have to applaud Mrs. Tina. She was extremely patient, polite and charming as I checked out. I appreciated the great customer service.

Im a home owner, so need all different types of items on a regular basis. This store usually is able to provide the items I am needing for a particular project or repair.

There are 2 Home Depot stores closer to my residence but it is worth the 30 minutes drive to shop at this store.

Purchased on 05/18/2022 great product for the kitchen area.

Shopping experience yesterday was great. Three associates helped me find the best products for my needs. All three were friendly and conversational. And, of course prices are very competitive.

I’m a general contractor always shopping around the state in all Home Depot normally self check out employees are very helpful today was definitely not , 2 employees just talking when I’m waiting to get help I walk to the other side , the employees sees me continuously kept talking ignoring me while I’m patiently waiting, definitely bad customer service.
