Sales associates were friendly and helpful. Asked if we needed assistance and pointed us in the right direction. Another associated spoke with us regarding the products we needed, best options, etc.

The Highland Road Home Depot was very neat and clean. The cashiers were very friendly at their register and were fast in the transaction. The associates on the floor provided excellent customer service and answered all the questions I had! Thanks so much Home Depot!!

This is the worse managed store with the least friendliest staff. They are lazy and unknowledgeable. If you think you may need help drive the extra distance to Coursey or Down Airline Hwy into BR,.

The employees of the Home Depot store on Highland went above and beyond with their service performance tonight. From the staff at the customer service desk, to the young man in gardening, to the young lady on the floor who guided me to the items I was looking for, to the front of store manager who searched for the price of a non-barcoded item, to the very pleasant and helpful cashier, each of them went out ofd their way to help me. Thank you Highland Road Home Depot and their staff!

Would like to share what a great experience I had. Jashaunta was my custom service person. Computers were down. She took care so I didn’t feel like it was a waste of my time. She took all information so the next day we would be ready. She called the next morning to let me know computer was working. Went in all went well. She even called contractor to let him know all was ready. I was so Impressed with this young lady. Thank you Patricia Mushinsky

This store will not provide a 10% veteran discount for veterans that present a valid Louisiana driver's license which indicates they are a veteran. However, home depot will accept this form of ID on three days per year. Sorry veterans, the rest of the year you are out of luck. Home depot will not support you... The cashier would not even call a manger to discuss this issue.

I was very satisfied with my purchase experience from the selections I made to checking out. The cashier was so helpful, and she scanned the items for me; however, the printing of my receipt was very poor as the right half of the receipt was blank. I had to call customer service today and spoke with Dwayne (sp ?) who gave me the vital information I need: amount paid, the User ID and Password I need to enter the sweepstakes by taking the survey. He said they shut that register down when they realized it wasn't printing correctly. The receipt comes out upside down, so I didn't see it until I got home as I was in a hurry and just grabbed it, folded it and stuck it in my wallet. I'll pay more attention next time I get a receipt. :-)

Ms. Shalita Jefferson at this store embodies the true meaning of customer service. UPS mis-placed my package (a Christmas present for my husband ordered via Home Depot online on Nov 24), and I went to the local Home Depot in desperation when UPS was not helpful in finding my package, despite numerous phone calls over a 2 week period. Upon hearing my story, she immediately took charge and worked tirelessly with UPS personnel over a several day period to locate the item--in time for Christmas! She never gave up & even went so far as to send a store employee all the way to the UPS distribution site at the other end of town near the Metro Airport! Additionally, all the personnel with whom I interacted at this store were friendly and helpful. Thank you Ms. Shalita & Home Depot!!

In addition to purchasing a large appliance, we had previously purchased a total home generator. The sales persons were very helpful. The generator was installed on time and the installers work was "smooth as clockwork".

I have to say that the customer service at the Highland Road store has been great. Employees greet you with a smile and ask if they can help you. If they can't answer your question they will find someone who can. They try to make sure you have everything you need for your project before you leave.

Had a minor issue with a defective item I needed to exchange. The Customer Service rep, Alexis, and Manager, Alfred, took care of things quickly, patiently and smoothly. I highly recommend this store because of this and previous positive experiences.
