Jessie was very helpful when I checked out in the garden center today. Despite having a crane in front of the store for some reason,I was still able to get in and out quickly after finding what I needed.

The store is easy to get to. Associates were helpful. Store was clean and in order. Associate initiated contact to locate item for me.

The store had many "one time" products that saved us mega-bucks...for example~ a 9 volt LED hand held large floatable flash light for $4.97 by Ray-O-Vac. I can't buy the bulb or the battery that came with it for that amount of money let alone the light itself !!!

By far this the most helpful and best stocked store in the SE Baton Rouge area ! I shopped other Home Depot stores in Baton Rouge and Zachary and this location is awesome !

From the moment we walked in the paint department to the checkout process, everyone was knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help. Delisha in the paint department did a phenomenal job custom color matching our paint and it was a perfect match once home and on our walls! Dee was super nice and friendly during the Home Depot credit card process and checking us out! Again it was a great experience at this Home Depot

Needed help with the purchase of a refrigerator, lawn mower and other products needed after an East Baton Rouge area home purchase in order to establish a viable and livable household. Working with the store associates and managers to achieve our purchase goals was a pleasant experience which included the return of some items that were not needed or were the wrong color. My family and I were most impressed with the purchase process which was being made by a Georgia Home Depot card holder, spending nearly two thousand dollars in a Baton Rouge Home Depot store. Verification of the Georgia card holders authenticity was a quick and easy process which authorized the purchases. Thank you Home Depot.

why are the carts neede for loading lumber for purchase located in the middle of the parking lot. If the carts are to remain that far outside a homedepot associate should be able to retreive a cart for customer use. Lowes has carts avaiable at all times INSIDE. its very much a waist of customers time to have to return to the middle of the parking lot to get cart to use for a lumber purchase. This needs to be addressed and changed to support customers who need to purchase lumber.

It was better than expected. The associates from the garden center to the paint center to the associate who walked around the store to help me find a large garden flag, every one was genuinely nice/friendly.

I have been using the Behr premium plus to paint over very dark gray walls and ceilings in a house I recently purchased. The paint desk was very helpful in picking the right option for my operation. I chose a light color for walls and a white for the ceilings. With the paint and primer in one, I only had to apply two coats to the walls and ceilings, saving me time and money. Before painting, make sure you clean your walls with a damp rag. Dust and dirt will not help in the adhesion process of the paint and you will be surprised how dirty the walls are in the house.

This is the only store that does not offer a 5% competitive discount for using your Home Depot credit card, this fact was confirmed when the cashier advised that the Coursey store ldoes offer the discount. I will either go to the Coursey store or I will simply go to lowes as they do give me 5% off for using their card.

I found out about the rebate on paint on the last day. Went in and the store did not have as many gallons as I needed. The woman who waited on me suggested buying/paying for all I needed and picking it up later. That way I still got the rebate and it was not like I was going to all the paint right away. Great customer service. I still have to go back and get my other gallons but I can live with that.

Got a great deal on paint today, store a little cooler this trip, but AC has been broken most of summer. We left several times to go to Lowes, because they had AC. A lot of shelves are dusty and need cleaning.Sneezy

The aisles in this store are always cluttered, and there are never enough registers open. Self checkout is rarely open when, in my opinion, should ALWAYS be open. That being said, this store has the best product availability of any Home Depot that I have visited in Baton Rouge, and the store has the best layout. When there is an associate available to answer questions they are typically very knowledgable and helpful. There never seems to be someone available when I need assistance, but 5 swarming around me when I don't need assistance. This is definitely my preferred Home Depot!

I attempted to purchase 2 items and only could purchase 1 because the other 1 was not sold here.

I had to walk back into the lumber section of the store and retrieve a scan code for the cashier because an associate from lumber never showed up at the front cashier area to help. Put me on the payroll of Home Depot if I am going to have to do all their work.

I had visited a competitor the same morning only to face the most unsatisfactory customer service ever and I am 51 years old. When I arrived at Home Depot 3 associates actually came to my assistance. I needed to order a garage door and installation. The young man who assisted me took his time, he focused on me only, and even asked for assistance from his supervisor when he needed. He and his supervisor were of utmost help and worked with me with patience and with a smile. I ordered the door, paid for the door and scheduled the pre-visit installation at the same register. AWESOME customer service. I love this store!!!!

Every time that I venture into this store I'm sure to find things I didn't know I needed. Whatever the project there is always someone there to help with the fine tuning. The last time I went into the store the ac was broke and the store was very warm. You would think that the associates would be in a horrible mood or complaining. Not the case!!! They were still just as friendly and knowledgeable as always. Can't complain about the store associates.
