the cashiear was very rude she said don't you know everybody (got) to pay she would not honor the coupon that home depot sent to me the coupon said special offer attached It should have said special offer to be disrespected

The associate in the appliance department was very friendly and helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the brands and the models to help us better make a decision on which appliance was the best fit for our family.

The employees were kind and knowledgeable of products and locations of products.

I'm building a new house and need aluminum windows with clear glass, and steel doors with clear glass, The Home Depot is the only home center that can order exactly what I need, and at a price below what I was expecting to pay. This store is an hour away from me but I only buy my windows and doors at this store because it's the only place that I have found that I can order exactly the windows and doors that I want (always for less than I expected to pay)....and has knowledgeable employees that know more about the product than I do.

The associates at the Southlake store are friendly, knowledgeable and just awesome. This is the best HD we've visited, and our #1 store of choice.

The attitude and comments of the electrical attendant was extremely rude as he told me “Well if you would select the Southlake store maybe it could tell you”

Even though Home Depot has a published policy of "not being undersold" the store gave me a significant hard time about matching their own on-line prices and a competitors price on the very same appliances. Then they gave me a very hard time about honoring my coupon claiming exclusions even though the coupon had ZERO stated exclusions on it.

The staff at this Home Depot is always willing to help answer questions, find products and help with project questions. They are by far the friendliest staff we have encountered, and they all seem to "LOVE" what they are doing!

Everyone is eager to offer assistance. The staff is always cheerful and courteous. This means a lot to me.

I am a long time shopper of Home Depot. I like their products and prices. I am sure they save a few bucks on self check, but it is a nightmare when something goes wrong.
