It was nice to find the marine (water proof) epoxy for my snowboard repair. With my 'Dutchman' jig, supplied parts and epoxy - my vintage snowboard will be ready for the slopes. Thank you.

This store appears to be unsafe to goto. The management has allowed store parking lot to become a homeless camp with multiple RVs parked for multiple weeks. One clearly not running and appeared to be towed in with a tow bar out in front of it. The other day one RV even had a hot tub set up outside IN THE PARKING LOT.

From start to finish I couldn’t ask for better service! Both employees in carpet section were EXCELLENT and my installer was TOP NOTCH! Excellent communication throughout entire process! Thank You, Scott

Went into the store with pictures & a video of what needed to be repaired. None of the employees that were working in the plumbing section knew anything about plumbing so asking them for suggestions was pointless. Showing them the pictures & video didn't help them. 5 trips to the store to get this & that to resolve the issue is a bit much. The employees either need to be trained for ALL departments or trained for specific departments that they will. E assigned to work in.

The employees here are very nice and always willing to help. Every time I’ve come to this location everyone is very nice and helpful they actually act like they like their jobs unlike some other places. Colleen especially in appliances was very helpful on helping us pick out a new refrigerator. The managers at this location should be proud of their employees.

They should be better with there customers service

ALWAYS check your receipt when renting equipment. I clearly verbally declined the protection coverage for a carpet cleaner and composite spreader. Both employees swiped the screen to the end for signature never allowing me to actually the “contract”. I was asked if I wanted a copy of my receipt, which thankfully I did otherwise I wouldn’t have noticed the charges for the declined protection plan. After contacting a manager I was told she knew for a fact they always read you the contract. Well neither myself or my father can attest that this never happened. After a longer than necessary conversation and a few sighs from The manager I will be getting store credit for the “fraudulent” charges. Interestingly, there is a class action lawsuit regarding this exact issue.

I went to this store for a particular kind of caulk. On my way over to it, I was greeted by two employees. One said good morning and the other asked if I was finding what I needed. When I got to the appropriate counter, a third employee approached me and asked if I had any questions or needed help. When I checked out on the #@!! self-checkout I didn't put the scanner back properly. My error was displayed, but before I had a chance to react the supervisor was there and finished my transaction for me. We laughed at my ineptitude. This store must be in a magnetic field,or a time warp. Something is causing a return of customer service. FIVE STARS

I needed help deciding how to complete my project and got some very helpful ideas and help finding the products to use.

We drive a bit further but always happy with our outcome with any size project. We have yet to encounter an associate that can’t help us but if they don’t know they find us help

Two very nice employees approached me to help me find something I needed. I didn't have to search for someone to help answer my questions. Such a nice change. Definitely appreciated their willingness to help.

I wanted to buy 11 of one item but only Five were on shelf. Instead bought 6 of a substitute. Had to go to Apache Junction store to get Six more. Did not have any Satillo tile in stock despite it being a popular item. I had to order online and have it shipped.

We drive a little farther to go to the superstition Home Depot store. The employees are always helpful knowledgeable and we can always find help unlike other stores where we can never find assistance when we need it. The online shopping experience was an A+

Went to the store to buy appliances since they’re having their big sale only one employee working in the department. She was busy with another customer for an hour and 20 minutes. I finally walked out.

I have been working on several projects and rely on the Home Depot for all my supplies.

Lucas in returns is the reason I go to this location. Polite & always helpful just like most of the staff. This location’s far outshines others nearby.

I did visit #056 store I happened to be in the area. I went to Store #415..HOWEVER I did have a Great experience in your store # 056 with someone helping me with Garden Equipment for my fruit Trees irragation, he was quit knowledgeable! Thank you for understanding

At other stores that are closer to me, I have to hunt down someone to help me. Here at HD, the staff is knowledgeable and helpful even if is not their usual department. If they don't know, they will get you someone who does. I love this HD.

Home Depot always have what I need to take care of projects around the house weather in Chicago or Arizona

Have tried 6 times for delivery, a 14 hr window is not appropriate

Went in with a list of stuff for my new move in. Phebe R. was working and asked if I needed help finding anything. She went above and beyond helping me and answering questions. She is absolutely the best! Victor was my check out and did great too!

We’ve purchased all of our appliances from Home Depot. It’s always a great experience. This was time was the same up until I received a call the next day about them delaying our delivery which really sucks because we have no washer until the new one arrives. Other than that everything was good.

I had a need to find a special water valve under my sink and the department helper employee located at immediately. Also, she located a drain hose for my dishwasher with no problem. Very friendly, smiling, good attitude!

Returned an item and instead of the item being refunded it was processed as a purchase two days later.

We started searching for an outside screen door and found the gal in this department very helpful. She was knowledgeable and articulate in the I formation we needed. We will Definetly buy a screen door there!
