I have always liked this location. There is something about it from the time you enter. Everyone that has helped in some way have always been very king and helpful. They almost always have what I came for. I do wish they would not pack the isle, it is hard to get around while using the wheelchair.

I purchased Hampton Bay square pouf for my patio. It is a perfect size 18 x 18 and the blue and white coloring is perfect! They are a great addition for a foot rest or extra patio seating!

I recently bought an ant killer product at the Home Depot near my home. It came with a “point and shoot” extendable wand which is nice added feature. I used the product once with no issues whatsoever. However, 2 months later when I tried to use it the second time, it would no longer spray. Very frustrating to say the least. I wasn’t sure if they would allow me to return the product since I had used it once. I happened to be in Mesa and had the product with me and stopped into the Home Depot on Superstition Springs Blvd. The gentleman working in returns (I believe his name was Dan) was extremely helpful. He was very patient, very polite, very professional and sincerely wanted to help me. Even though I had the original receipt, it was a bit more complicated the details of which are not important for this review. Fortunately, I was able to work with the aforementioned Dan who handled this situation. I strongly suspect this particular store has many “Dans” working there and would highly recommend it for all your needs.

I would like to recommend this store and Mark W. In cabinet department for assisting and walking us through every step of our remodel. He is amazing and we have enjoyed working with him.

Store is clean, well stocked with friendly, knowledgeable employees.

There were plenty of people to help and it made my shopping experience efficient.

We are remodeling our RV and used 123 bonding primer and the bear paint and primer. Both worked well and we have not had any issues with peeling up to this the point.

The store and the help are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to help.

Mike in plumbing was amazing. A true credit to Home Depot. He was helpful, gracious, kind and completely professional. A pure delight to work with!

This Home Depot is the friendly. Whatever project you have going on, They have the product for you.

I had never remodeled flooring before. There are so many choices. The employees at HD have the knowledge and expertise to make the selection process easy, especially for someone who hasn't had much experience. They're generous with their time, and the Superstition Springs store has samples to take home, making choosing much more simple. I can hardly wait to get this project underway. Thank you, Kevin.

Overall, I'm generally happy with this home depot, especially given it location. It's a smaller store and doesn't always have what I need and the customer service is better in some areas than others. Electrical in particular is excellent. Plumbing leaves a lot to be desired and lumber is satisfactory. I prefer the Apache Junction store over this store for having better stock of items.

The empoyees in the blind department were very helpfull and very polite.

We always get what we need in this store & everyone is nice.

Out of the 10 stores in the district this is the Best of The Best, Dario is Maverick like Tom Cruise in Top Gun

Colleen in appliances helped me every step of the way in choosing a new refrigerator. I was actually looking at one that was the wrong size and she looked up my old fridge by pulling up my receipt online from my previous purchase and was able to get the correct measurements from it, pulled out her tape measure and helped me find the right one to fit my kitchen. She also explained how my extended warranty could have previously covered the groceries I had lost when my previous fridge broke and I was completely unaware I could’ve been reimbursed for the loss. Now I’m fully aware how my warranty could help me if it were to happen again (hopefully never again). I appreciate the information. Left out of there happy with my purchase.

My fiancé, my 9 month old baby and I went to this Home Depot to go buy some flower potting mix and some mice traps. Got treated like thugs for going to a unattended register that looks just like the self checkouts. Cindy checked us out anyways but made sure to argue and embarrass us about going to the wrong register. Never will I go back to Home Depot. Loews might not be as stocked but at least their employees treat their customers with dignity and respect.

As a home owner I am always improving my home and I do it with the products I find at Home Depot. Thanks people.

The store manager is definitely not a people person and he should step down from his position and leave retail entirely. His idea of customer service slams in the face of anyone who would enter the Superstition Springs Home Depot store.
