Laci at the Pro Desk was excellent and the store manager went out of their way to help us get all the different materials we needed. I would recommend them for any building project. Having someone at the Pro Desk who was knowledgeable really helped. I havew to say everyone went out of their way to help us get what we needed. We were there 4 hours picking out lumber, choosing materials, etc. Great experience.

The cashier "Gail" was rude and needs retraining in customer service. My husband is a Veteran and I presented his drivers license with the endorsement "VETERAN." Gail the cashier said he had to be present to use it. I informed her he is 83, on oxygen, and not feeling well. She didn't care. I should have shopped at elsewhere that loves the Veterans and appreciate them and their family. Obviously Home Depot employee Gail doesn't! I won't be shopping this Home Depot ever again. My purchases for my home remodel will be with a competitor.

Poor customer service

We went in to purchase a new washing machine. Jon in the Appliance section was extremely helpful in answering all our questions about the product and the extended warranty along with it's options. We are very excited about our new washing machine and will definitely shop at his store again.

Keep up the good work. Store clean, easy walkthrough, good stock items available.

It was great I needed several large and varied items for a new project. Everyone from greeting to helping me load was beyond helpful, friendly, kind, and amazing.

This stores employees are so helpful, the store is neat and clean. Most of all, Laura "Nix" Jackson, she's really great! Thanks to her, I will be visiting this location most. Not a lot of people offer the type of customer service as she did. I was able to purchase items instore and online as well. This store is amazing! Want a great experience at Home Depot, make this location your main store! Number one in customer service!! Not many people go out of their way for others anymore but Dario and Cody sure know how to dazzle customers!

Associate Michaela is very professional and helpful. She noticed us standing in line and went out of her way to scan our items and speed up the process. She held our bulky items in place while we made our payment. Upon completion of our transaction she thanked us for our business and wish us good evening. People like this are an asset to their organization, especially in today's age of disappearing customer service. In the future I will make it a point to visit this Home Depot even though it is not the closest to our home. Thank you Michaela for a great job.

Our cashier Michaela was a pleasure. She was in great spirits and was fast and efficient with any help we needed to cash out. Her smile was great to see in the store.

Shopping there on 11/12/2020 for foam window sealing tape, I realized I had left my reading glasses in the car. A young floor associate was nearby so I asked him if he could help me because I couldn’t see well. He boldly told me: “My eyes aren’t too good either” and without any further assistance he calmly proceeded to drive off on one of these electrical elevating platforms used to reach high shelves. I was left helpless, blown away by his boldness and total disrespect. Complained to Vicky, store manager. What kind of customer service is that???

Associates, managers, and cashiers extremely helpful and friendly

Rude cashier. Cashier refused to acknowledge and price match from the Home Depot website. Said, pointing to the website on my cell phone, "That don't mean nothing to me." The store main aisle was so overcrowded with merchandise for sale that people were forced either to wait to walk past or were forced to brush against each other to pass along the aisle. No adequate space for social distancing! I would have rated the store no stars if possible after this experience.

They have measures in place to keep both the employees and customers safe. All employees wearing masks properly. They were very friendly and helpful. They make you feel like you are the most important person at that moment. Kyle helped us in the appliance area. If you need new appliances visit Kyle. He is very fast, friendly, and thorough. The Superstition Springs store in Mesa, AZ is very organized, clean, and has ample inventory. The sales associates are knowledgeable and helpful about items in the department that they either manage or work as sales associates. This is our preferred store for the majority of are purchases.

Laura Nix is great and amazing.

Excellent customer service

Store was clean, staff friendly and well stocked

I was not happy. Five store employees were either not wearing masks, or had them at their chin, or only covering their mouth, not their noses. In addition, I saw at least 4 customers not wearing masks. This pandemic will not end until people take safety precautions seriously.

I drive by other similar stores to shop here because there are always carts where you need them and load out available unlike other stores where you have to run around looking for carts and wind up loading yourself.
