Recently the local High School, Tehachapi High School had a case of vandalism. Seems someone or persons cut down established shade trees, roughly 23. I noted in the local newspaper that the Tehachapi Home Depot was going to donate 23 trees. If this is correct, which I am assuming it is this is what a good neighbor store does on the community aspect. Thank you

found what i was looking for, was able to get assistance, store was clean, associates were friendly, and helpful, and, fast checkout. all true.

I shop at Home Depot a lot. Many of the employees know my face and will give me a smile or say hi as we pass on the store floor. The store is always clean. I meet many of my friends and associates at or in the store. Home Depot should offer a food court.

I have shopped at this store since it opened, but no more. I bought some building materials that were clearly marked regarding price. When I got to the checkstand I told the cashier the prices but was ignored and overcharged. I was told I was reading the wrong prices. I can read aircraft engineering drawings so I am capable of reading a price placard. Hope losing a customer was worth the overcharge.

OVERALL NICE STORE AND CONVENIENT LOCATION OFF OF 58 FREEWAY. I SPEND QUITE A BIT OF TIME IN THIS STORE. STAFF IS HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY, I HAVE NOTICED MORE PEOPLE THAN USUAL WHO BRING THEIR FUR BABIES (K-9's) IN WITH THEM, AND I FIND IT A VERY NICE AND INVITING CUSTOM.

Knew what i wanted and where to get it. Would have taken 5 minutes except; NO...I don't want to hear about solar power in my home. NO...I have no interest in a home depot credit card. NO...I dont have a buyers club card (or whatever you call it). NO.....I have no interest in said card. The same item is available on Amazon for the same price. I could have had it delivered to my door the next day without the constant attempt at a Hard Sell for random crap I dont want or need. Lesson Learned

I have shopped this Home Depot for many years and generally find it okay but I do have one complaint about this store and do not know if it is the same in other stores. Last year I needed to order a window blind and had a devil of a time finding someone to help me. When I finally found someone they were very helpful but it just seemed there needed to be a few more employees on the floor.

I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience in Tehachapi's Home Depot. The Pro Associate Dale made me feel important in that he listened to what I needed and was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. He was then able to take me right to the correct products that I needed. He was beyond professional...he was a pleasure to work with and I hope in the future to be able to work with him again. All Associates should be as well versed and approachable as Dale was. The store itself was clean and the rest of the staff was very friendly. A pleasre to shop at.

Tehachapi is lucky to have a major hardware store with reasonable prices and the same variety of products that are found in much larger cities. The garden shop is great, too. During prime time, help is easy to find. Checkout is usually fast, also. The associates are pleasant and helpful. Older shoppers get help in load items into their vehicles.

THIS STORE IS MY FAVORITE HOME DEPOT. THE EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS HELPFUL AND WILLING TO TAKE ME TO THE MERCHANDISE I AM LOOKING FOR.

I am at store HD 6843 Middletown Delaware and overall this is a great store the Mansion was great and this again was always there for me so I just want to make sure that she gets recognized for the tremendous work that she's doing and it's an excellent stores always clean the floors are in courteous and I find everything I need and they sure take care of me alright thank you for your time your company and the service that you have coming through to your employees which I felt or very well trained and helping and very enthusiastic about helping each and every customer like myself and thank you again for your good service

Older workers are more helpful. Younger ones don’t really care.

This store is a great place to shop the Manager Alfredo and all the employees are always helpful and very nice can't say enough good things about shopping here - not to mention always finding what I need and things I didn't know I needed :)

I have got to know the employees at the store and am treated like pat of the family there. I have pointed out some safety issues mainly caused by customers in the past and they were handled immediately. I think it says something about people when they are concerned about other peoples well being in that way.
