THE SALE CASHIER WENDY AT GARDEN WAS VERY HELPFULL

Great store loaded with all kinds of building supplies close to my home which makes it convenient to shop there. Good prices and great Staff.

I needed help and I quickly saw there were store employees around (usually in these types of stores I find it very hard to find anyone who can help). They are easy to recognize because they wear red vests. Though the employee worked in a different department, she pulled out a communication device and called someone to come help me. I was so amazed. The person came quite promptly and quickly got a ladder to retreive the item I needed that was no longer on the shelf but had to be replenshed from supplies on top. The whole process was quick and efficient. Very different from previous experiences I have had in these types of stores where it is usually very difficult and time consuming to get help when you need it.

For Sullivan County Home Depot is a big plus. Great employees and large selection of materials.

Went for a curbside pickup. Employee, Brijadia, was very helpful with getting our order together and also I believe the employees name was Kevin that helped us load everything into our truck. Both employees were very helpful.

Very rude employee at the paint counter. Wouldn’t recommend anyone there if they have to get any customized paint that is not on the shelves.

I go here frequently and am very satisfied with the service that is given whenever I go there. I also use Home Depot . com because the local Home Depot is 22 miles away from my home and would like to see my Military Discount applied to Home Depot . com orders as well.

Linda in the counter top/kitchen area is just the best. This store is lucky to have her as an employee.

Very nice store.

I came in to rent a floor sander. I was met with the help that I needed. Unfortunately when I got home, the sander did not work properly. The vacuum did work at all, leading all dust to be thrown throughout the room and house. The bag did not inflate at all. All the staff did at the store is plug in the machine, showing me that indeed, the power turned on. I called the rental center to tell them of my issue. The employee told me that he would ask the manager if he could stop the time on the rental. The only solution they could offer was to bring the machine back for another one. I told them that I was 30 miles away and that would not be an option. I wrapped up the cord, cleaned the machine and will be returning it before the 1 day rental is expired. I am hoping to receive another machine to use an additional day free of charge.

Outstanding customer service! I think his name was Justin, he was very professional, clean cut, courteous! What a great guy you have here! The store is always clean and well stocked and most of the time service is good. This store gets very busy and I understand when the store is full!

We needed multiple consultations with several different types of product specialists. We came in on a Wednesday afternoon and immediately found that the employees were extremely helpful, informative, and even fun to talk to and interact with!!! -- You know, you can buy from Amazon or another online store, but when you get this level of attention and care, you really DO want to make the effort to go in and support the very people who work and live around you. Kudos to the store employees and management that we had such an amazing experience!!

You were out of the tarp that I wanted, so I ordered it on line on my phone while still in the store. I bought a few other things and was a little annoyed when going to check out and one little girl wad checking everyone out, while 2 other girls just stood there without asking if they could help me. The one who checked me or was Catherine and she apologized to me. She was so nice

On a recent visit the woman who helped me brought me directly to the item I needed. Not the aisle I needed, but the actual item which was an HVAC element. Also, I got everything I needed here at a competitive price and didn't have to go to any other stores. I love that.

My husband and I shop regularly at the Monticello Home Depot. It is my favorite store to walk around -- even if I am not looking to purchase anything. I just enjoy looking at all of the merchandise -- the variety, quality and orderliness. The product displays make it interesting, and small, hard-to-find items are show-cased so they do not get ignored. The store is always clean, well-lit, well-ordered and safe to walk. The bathrooms are always clean. The staff is helpful and take an interest in the personal projects you are planning. They never try to push a product but provide suggestions on how to approach the work. The cashiers are patient and courteous and the monitors stationed at the self-check out area are also patient and helpful. I am currently working on many outdoor projects which require materials, tools and expertise -- all of which the store reliably provides. I am grateful there is a Home Depot within easy traveling distance -- and one that is so excellently run and staffed.

The store seemed quite busy but no one was around to help with any questions or help find items I was interested in purchasing. However, a couple of friendly customers helped me find what I wanted. The check-out situation is a disaster - self check-out available and the clerk check-out aisles at the far end of the store where the contractors all check out. The clerk there was the best part of the whole shopping trip - friendly, helpful and courteous. There should be more like her there! I only use this store because it is close to home. For appliances, I use the Home Depot in Honesdale, PA. The service there is fantastic!

During a very busy summer season the employees remain cheerful, helpful and go out of their way to assist the customer.

Home Depot tends to waste peoples time. It would be great if you could get someone to help the Customer Service desk ladies.

The store is clean and organized and most products are easy to find on your own. However, if you need a little assistance from an employee, this is not the place to go. Rarely will a sales associate ask if you need help without you going to them first. And if you are able to finally find an employee, chances are they can't help you because their knowledge of home improvement and the stores' products is minimal.
