Abby, I really have enjoyed my time shopping at Home Depot Ukiah store because you. Have been wonderfully pleasant, you are to me. Appreciate the interaction with you, always eager to call me out of line or see me coming your way. Getting checked out has been a priory for you, and I have noticed that. I will be moving to Spain in the next few months, so you need to speak to only in Spanish, as my Italian will not help me out. I notice your ability to train new employees effectively, too. Wanted to thank everyone at the returns desk for dealing with all my returns. Do to the nature of my work, I return items as the project is completed for billing persons. Work-site is in Lakeport, a town not too conducive for shopping needs of a construction oriented nature. I can see Home Depot is a real asset to Ukiah Area. Without it, many residing here would be forced to drive to Santa Rosa Area. Hope this store continues to grow and serve needs of it’s customers. Back to return desk, I find it quite convenient to be to return items so easily. I can’t imagine the difficulty in dealing with all the returns from customers. I hope it is too much of a difficult task in dealing with my issues. I don’t think I have ever had an unpleasant issue at the returns desk. The employees are extremely cooperative and helpful. Mel, Melanie, Louise, Nichol, Joy, Pablo, especially Pablo. Your crew is the best. I hope your company allocates efficient time and money for your needs, as you all work so hard, diligent your efforts in assisting customers needs.
