I go to the Valparaiso Home Depot because the people there are friendly, helpful and if any one person can't help they are more than glad to get someone who will. It is obvious that they like they're jobs.

I believe the Quality of Staff at the Valpo's Home Depot makes the biggest difference! Their kindness and knowledge are truly valued by my wife and I!

Had help finding products, associates were very helpful and friendly. store appeared clean. Went to store last Saturday with my grandson to make a birdhouse. It was well planned and laid out, a nice experience.

Home Depot is my favorite big box hardware store. The employees are informed and helpful. Gary Overmyer is active in our community in Kiwanis and also as an officer for our Student Building Trades Corporation and has helped set up student tours of the school. Community participation like this is what helps me want to patronize HD.

We were shopping with gift cards that we received from Rudy for our nonprofit. This was a great gift for the charity, which was not something we had received from other home improvement stores. During the checkout process there were some problems with the cash register recognizing the cards. The cashier Emily continued to work the problem and asked for help so we could complete our transaction. She did not give up.

The staff members we encountered were very helpful and patient in answering our questions. Very good shopping experience.

I purchased a snow blower just before the February storm this year. The store assistant was very helpful in making my purchase through the selection, checking out, and loading process. I was very happy with this store.

Great store and knowledgeable associates. If they do not know the answer, which is highly unlikely, they will go out of their way to get you an answer. Only recommendation I have is that they eliminate those sales boxes in the middle of the aisles. It really makes maneuvering throughout the store with a cart full of lumber a pain.

My favorite home improvement center there always willing to help. Home Depot you guys rock

The store was well organized. Easy to find what I was looking for. Bathroom clean. Associates were helpful.

Service is excellent and items are above average quality

Everyone is helpful in finding the correct item for my project. I never feel "lost" in trying to determine which item fits my needs and my very limited ability to proceed with getting the project done. Home improvement is not my strong suit, but it helps when the staff at Home Depot can give me advise and warn me of the "challenges" that I am about to encounter on my project.

As in all of my past visits the Staff are friendly and helpful!, Aisles ways are clean and clear, the cashiers as a group act like they are happy to be there and glad to see the customer.

the service you receive from the floor associates is off the charts in my opinion they are dreamily knowledgeable and friendly and will take you where you need to go not just give me directions

kids workshop was a little crazy but it was fun. We love that home depot does this once a month, helps the kids get involved and learning. today was build a ginger bread house.

Staff is always polite and asking if we need any help. We will be back for more shopping in the future. It was a better turn around then our last experience.

Abigail and her manager were awesome. They took care of an issue that we had with the floor manager,Ryan. Store was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Except for Ryan. He didn't seem to care what I had to say or explain to him. So we were going to leave but Abigail insisted she call a higher up manager and they took care of it. It was over a "special buy" item,not an online only deal, and it was resolved.

Had the best price for a stove for people with low income.
