Armando the forklift driver loaded my pallets smooth as butter and showed up seconds after being paged. He also worked plumbing dept. and he knows aisle number and bay numbers by heart. He was clearly overloaded with customers and he never lost his mannerism ( not like everyone else in that store). He dealt with everyone , myself included like a freakin' pro. and with respect. Super blew my mind . This guy should be the manager of customer servicde skills and teach his rude co workers how to handle business. Thank You Armando for being super fast, super respectful, super knowledgeable, and most importantly treating us with respect and making a Sunday at Home Depot a breeze for a change.

Waited in long line to use self check out (ridiculous). While using self check out, the employee tried to put a hard sell on their brand of credit card.

Customer service is very bad

Employees, specifically the guy in Hardware working in the screws and nail at 4:30pm today. He needs to find another job

Mike asm does not care about his position or the Home Depot core values

this parking lot is awful. Selling meth, people being beat up and all the people that should not even be in the lot is ridiculous

How do you let Mike ASM even become a manager when he doesn’t know how to talk to customers and just wants to speak to his plumbing associate Leslie.

the cashier (Daniela) was very rude and unprofessional she didn't train and she doesn't know how you and why you should respect the customer she gave me a really hard time

Luis helped me with some toolbox questions, Leslie in CS helped me out with will call and the transaction, and Jake took it off the sales floor! Team went above and beyond! Only downside was the availability system on the home depot website isn’t updated compared to the store’s system.

I love in general how available and helpful the employees are. We were lucky enough to meet Carl - a US Veteran - and he went out of his way to make sure we got the product that we needed which was not on the shelf. He was very friendly and helpful and courteous.

Carl really helped get me the tools I needed for my weekend project. Went out of his way to take me to different departments for the different items I needed.

David asst. was very rude and need managers that have good customer service skills or the company will fall like others like this company.

I needed to buy a faucet and of course I had no idea which one would fit my needs. Armando asked what type of faucet and he showed different styles and brands. He also told us good and bad points about the faucets. He knew what he was talking about even the type of parts and the plumbing. We bought the faucet he recommended and we love it!!

Best Home Depot shopping experience ever in 35 years of going to Home Depot!! Erika in Hardware and Tugba ProDesk Cashier. World Class Customer Service! I highly recommend this store for getting power tools/supplies from Erika and Tugba as cashier

Giovanna at the Pro Desk was extremely helpful and a great representative of Home Depot

I have been to so many HD in the valley and LA area, by far I think this location has the most electrical supplies, tools, etc. Very clean store, friendly workers.

We bought a Christmas tree and was given attitude when we asked for help and they even took other customers before us and made us wait 20 extra minutes when we asked for for help at the moment. The guy Max tossed our tree on the floor and took other customers. I will never shop here. Not even the supervisor helped

Been to a bunch of HD stores, but this one seems to have the friendliest employees. Good management.

I saw Armando E. lift and carry and elderly man who nearly collapsed due to the 108 degree heat. Another parking lot employee came running and helped Armando putting the guy in his car. the two employees fist pumped and went back to work like nothing happened, THAT'S WHO WORKS HERE. way to go guys

I’m not sure how this person is employed here, rude and unprofessional. Easily annoyed and incompetent. When I asked for a product recommendation for a product from his dept., he said he doesn’t give recommendations he only sells products, I reminded him that I was there to buy a product - just mind blowing. Apparently I’m not the first to complain, taking my business somewhere else.

Armando the LOT attendant was super polite and I am thankful for his service.

I particularly enjoyed the assistance and service provided by Cashier Fernando. He is a bright person with a wonderful quality. I hope he excels in all endeavors of his life. Great Job Fernando!!!
