This store is typically very unorganized understaffed and offers little knowledge in several departments with my own previous experiences. I won't say you should not shop here but I will avoid frequenting this location unless absolutely necessary.

I am a small business owner and this is my go to improvement store! The staff is very helpful! Tom in Lumber really went out of his way to help me. Thank you!

I received my stove and was told that the next crew would remove and do the install; however, that did not happen. I waited for about an hour then decided to call the store even though it was still within the four hour window of time. I’m glad I did because to my surprise, no one could tell me why the removal or install didn’t happen. The company Home Depot uses to deliver and couldn’t figured out nor could Home Depot. So there’s no accountability at all I was told the best they could do is come back on five days later to do the install and removal I’m so disappointed and unsatisfied Home Depot the customer experience should not end after we leave the store

I ordered a new floor from Home Depot for my basement. First I would like to say that I spent a considerable amount of time at Home Depot to do this. Each time I went I had to wait a very long time to get a sales associate. They are horribly understaffed... but the associates were very helpful and answered all my questions. However, BUYERS BEWARE !!! I was sold a new floor with the promise that the installation would take place within a week... two weeks at most... but the installation is done by a third party... Superior Installations....I left messages for three days before they returned my call, then they told me it was a three week wait to have my floor installed! So although Home Depot did a great job and delivered all the materials to me very quickly after my order... those materials are now sitting in my garage for three weeks! I’m disappointed that it’s going to take this long, and I’m not sure I would order with them again.

Fred at service desk was awesome, even though the computer was not co-op, he stuck with it. Thanks Fred. As far as the young lady floating around in shorts, just because you are on a personal call, while in your apron and in the aisle, don't ignore the csr and walk away. I needed assistance, I don't know this store. Not happy with her

Hardware department has the best and most helpful employee named Sal. He is polite, friendly, and knowledgeable and is eager to be helpful to his customers.

Huge kudos to the Pro team at this store. Nick was fantastic helping us with a 4th grade school project and went above and beyond to help make the project successful! We never expected the amount and extent of the great service that was provided. Thank you Nick and Home Depot! It was incredibly beneficial!

I spoke with Blythe about purchasing a new air conditioner from Home Depot. She set me up with ARS and the salesman, Nader, came out on Tuesday to explain the systems available. In understandable terms he explained all we needed to know about the compatibility of the new system with our furnace, the efficiency ratings and what to expect on the installation day. We were actually able to have the unit installed the next day!! Bill and Will removed the old system and hauled it away leaving us with our new energy efficient Carrier unit. The installation took about 3 hours, the men took extra care, putting covers on their shoes to prevent tracking dirt in the house. They were all courteous, efficient and knowledgeable about the unit and we couldn't be happier. The NEST will take a bit longer to get use to than our old thermostat but we are up to the challenge. Thank you Home Depot for this happy experience.

i Highly recommend this location for their exceptional knowledge and their friendliness! I have a store 5 minutes from my home, but chose to drive 20 minutes to this location. They make shopping a stress less experience!

Everything was in place, very presentable. I needed help finding something and an employee took me right to it. Very professional and pleasant. Also, the cashier (Julio) has helped me many times in the past. Always very friendly and professional. I always have a great experience at this store.
