If anyone needs help replacing an old, leaking bathroom sink faucet, this is the store to go to...and seek out the gentleman names Dan. He is patient, he listens and asks all the right questions and showed me the correct option, faucet, tools and parts to do my first plumbing job. I now have a new bathroom sink faucet, installed by me, a 65 year old female who had never attempted such a thing before. Done! Perfect! I thank Dan and the Home Depot!

My wife and I enjoy shopping this store. Dan is a manager there who has great customer service skills. His crew is amiable and pleasant to work with. I have worked customer service for 25 years- and I really enjoy visit this store.

I was purchasing a "Black Friday", Display had all the same item, same size, same container, etc however item rang up more than sale price. Cashier was incredibly rude, refused to check display with Black Friday pricing, told me items were "probably gone" and that I probably picked up incorrect item. Decided to shop for our Christmas Tree elsewhere, will not return to this Home Depot

Kat in appliances goes BEYOND all other’s in customer service, integrity and diligence. All while having an attitude of excellence. She was so detailed in helping us find Exactly what we needed and wanted. Went the extra mile and we made the purchase with out checking any other store. We didn’t need to because she was able to help us get Exactly what we needed!! She’s amazing!!

The store was clean. I was able to find all of the items I was looking for. My fiancé was looking at backsplash tiles and was unable to find a few selections on the shelf that matched as labeled on the display above. All other items were found by ourselves or with an associates help. All associates were polite and helpful. I also had paint mixed and the associate in the paint department was very nice and assisted me with my selection. The gentleman checking us out provided valuable information regarding current specials and discounts that apply with opening a Home Depot credit account. We had a great experience.

Ozzie in electrical was terrible at best. He was rude and condescending and made what would have been a easier job in 114 degree heat more complicated. He needs more training. Lesli the cashier was by far the bright spot. She excelled at her position. The manager is also pretty good. If not for these 2 Ozzie would have earned a zero star review.

Well I found one employee that was friendly and helpful at this store, FINALLY! His name is Andrew and he was very nice, unlike the rest of the employees I have come across at this store. We have had many problems with lazy and unfriendly employees at this store. I go to this store only because it is close or I go to the one on 59th and Behrend. But I hope they get more nice people like Andrew who is a young guy in the garden section, who actually is friendly and helpful.

I went in searching for a specific Inter saw, but the only one still available was the display piece, which the manager did not want to sell me, so I was told that if I talked to customer service they could send one to my house. When I talked to customer service I was told that they could not deliver and did not have any more saws and will not be getting more, so they referred me to the arrowhead ranch location. I called the arrowhead ranch location and ordered one for curbside pickup for the next day. A few hours later they called me back saying that the arrowhead ranch location did not have it either, even though they had already charged me. They told me that no surrounding stores had it either and that my only option was to wait a week for the next shipment, and that the price might change by then (even though I had already paid). A few days later I saw one at the Thunderbird location so I just bought it and cancelled my order at the arrowhead ranch location. It was a huge hassle but the woman at the thunderbird location ended up being very helpful and even called and cancelled my order at the other location for me.

This Home Depot store is my favorite to go to. The other Home Depot on 59th Ave and Peoria does have more inventory, however, the one on Bell and 67th is where I had my nicest encounters. The kitchen and appliance representative Liz is the best. She took this complete novice under her wing and schooled me on my kitchen renovation. Her experience and patience was greatly appreciated. I knew I was getting a new kitchen but did not know what I truly wanted at the time. She was patient, knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know from cabinets, countertops, backsplash tile, lighting, appliances, right down to the color of grout. She made the experience fun instead of intimidating. I highly recommend Liz if you are new to change like I was.

Compared to other Home Depot locations, it's pretty good. Somewhat more likely to receive help from an employee, it seems. Store doesn't have as many dead zones, or places that seem like vacant, dimly lit back alleys, as other stores often have. Selection is pretty good. I do some of my best farting at this location.

I was charged twice for only one product and the customer service was very poor by Tammy the cashier, although it was $7.97 plus tax I would still like to receive my money or the part back. It was a 6” Milwaukee Shock Wave bit holder. It was 11:30am at 6/13/2020.

The store associates were very kind and willing to go above and beyond to meet my required expectations.

I give up with Home Depot. Unhelpful employees, other stores are available.

Corp needs to address the person turning the key to open the store every am. Definitely not the right type to be opening a business. Reflects on other associates as well.
