I always make Home Depot my place to go when spring comes. I love the wide variety of plants and bushes and also the new varieties brought in every year.

Store employees all very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Quick, efficient and pleasant visit to the Wausau store.

The fist associate was not helpful and never came back. The second person was helpful and was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the store.

Able to get and out fast with everything we needed. The store layout was great and organized.

I asked for some asst while there. The gentleman was very willing to help although almost TOO MUCH SO as it took me quite some time to "move on!" I almost wished I hadn't asked for help. :) Nice to know the employees are there to help but just a lil fyi; maybe don't monopolize so much of the customers time just from being asked a question. :) I guess there are worse things to have negative comments on (and don't mean for it to be "negative") he was a nice man but ... "GET TO WORK!!!" LOL

Walked in to buy a grill. Couldn't see an associate so I started walking to the help desk. On the way I saw an associate and he asked me if I needed any assistance. I told him what I wanted, and after determining the grill type, he called another associate to help load it onto a cart and then helped me load it on my truck. Great service , Great People!

Took way too long to get help to load lumber. Staff was nice but i expected better service.

Home Depot is alway clean, well lit and their customer service is great. It's never difficult to find someone to help.

Our experience at Home Depot was excellent. We purchased our kitchen appliances here and the customer service was exceptional. James helped us make a decision and was very patient as we made our choices. We were so happy with Home Depot we are recommending them to our family and friends.

The sale on energy efficient light bulbs is worth the trip. If you havn't been there lately, now is the time to visit Home Depot.

This particular store really needs there management to step up and train there employees on customer service and knowledge of product.

I needed some special hardware to make a wooden base lamp adjustable since the base was warped. After great assistance from a store associate I was able to find the product that I thought would work. I have recently completed the project and it worked out better than I had hoped. It is really great to have a Home Depot store in my city.

Associate took time to show me where the products were and also showed me options on the computer that they didn't stock. Good experience for me.

I have checked prices online prior to going to the store, however, I did not purchase online because I am the kind of person who likes to be helped by a person (Store Associate) and makes it easier for me to shop if I have questions. So, during my last visit to this store, I was helped by someone who was friendly and had very good knowledge of products I needed. Also, provided efficiency and high quality service, for this I am very pleased and comfortable I have chosen to shop in-store. Thanks Home Depot Associate.

Came in looking for some wood for my truck restoration project to make a bed. I got some of the wood today on this trip. I look forward to completing my project so I can drive it around the world on a foster care and adoption awareness campaign. Hoping to complete everything soon as I can, but my budget only is allowing me to do a few things at a time.

I was recently at Home Depot in Wausau, Wisconsin on two different days. Both times I was treated very well by the staff. They were most helpful and friendly, taking time to answer any and all of my questions. I feel that the staff went above and beyond in their efforts to assist me. Customer Service is EXCELLENT and I will certainly shop here in the future. I do not live in Wausau, and have to drive approximately 45 minutes to get there. It is certainly worth the drive. THANK YOU to all who assisted me, especially Bill in the window treatment department. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and fun!
