Poor cart management at this Home Depot. Carts are often left unattended, even outside the parking lot. One heavy-duty cart was left on the main road in front of the store and caused damage to my truck’s passenger-side door. This is a serious safety and property hazard that needs to be addressed.

Honestly, love that they have native flowers that attract butterflies there. Very slay. Xoxo. Covergirl.

I used to go to this Home Depot because they provided good customer service, but not anymore.

Tried going to purchase something that online states they had in store. I had to chase 4 different employees around the store and I kept getting dismissed. No one knew what I was talking about and kept walking, no one took the time to speak to me or to help me. Purchased item at another retailer as no one in home depot thought I was worth their time.

For around 30 minutes walking around looking for anyone to help me, I found one that was very nice and willing to help with the premise that did not know anything about the ítem, called twice for help, I nade my decisión withouy help and had to return the piece because was the wrong one.

FOR THE MOST PART I RARELY NEED HELP AND I KNOW WHAT IM LOOKING FOR AND WHERE IT IS.

I had a great experience at this store. The staff aims to please. I first asked one staff member and he followed me to the plumbing aisle and told me I can further ask the staff in the next lane who were more familiar in plumbing. I proceeded to the next lane and Felix jumped to assist me. He told me which product to use, helped me at the self check out and the product he recommened worked!

This is my go to store. Always organized and when needed always someone there to help.

Is very difficult find help on that store

This particular store location is one of the better ones. I've never encountered an issue that hasn't been resolved. This will continue to be my go-to location.

I had a fantastic experience at the Home Depot located at 11305 SW 40th St. in Miami, FL, thanks to Ali Saadat. After researching washers and dryers extensively, we returned to this store just to work with him again—and I’m so glad we did. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and patient—no pressure, just genuine help. He took the time to walk us through our options and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. We ended up making our purchase there because of the outstanding service he provided. I don’t usually leave reviews, but Ali Saadat truly deserves the recognition. If you're shopping at this location, I highly recommend asking for him! Kuddos to Home Depot for hiring well.

I buy mostly in the garden section. No employees there.

Very often I get done with my work for the day pretty late end up back at Home Depot for the next days work really late and West Bird store even one about to close don’t rush and push me out of the store even if I am running up to the closing time They’re willing to allow me to gather whatever products I need and pay for them even if it runs them right up to closing time, thank you the extra time is definitely a plus plus for me

I shop at Home Depots all over Dade County and the service in this store was the Worst!!!

This HomeDepit store is good enough but it could be made better with a few more well trained, knowledgeable associates on the floors to help customers and having the App be up to date as to what is actually in the store tor not to help customers save time and money.

I got what I needed for my home at a decent price.

Not the best in service but the store was relatively clean and well stocked

I placed an order online and in 4 hours it was ready for pick up. I even bought a few extra items, and was able to pay then at the customer service desk. Quick and easy!

I bought a brand-new stable washer and dryer. on Jan 6th, 2025, paid cash was delivered on Jan 10th, 2025, not functioning. Was told I needed to wait until Jan 16th for an exchange nothing offered for the in convivence Very poor customer service. Will never shop at home depot again.........
