I usually hate this home depot because of its parking but it's the closest. Today I went in for light bulbs. Aisle 2 for 22 mins, No one showed up. None of the bulbs matched what I had brought. Called over speaker atleast 3 times. Finally went to customer service & was lucky to have got right to the manager Yoniel. Super nice guy. Immediately walked with me & although he didn't have a clue about location, he stayed the entire time and looked boxed by box to help me find what I needed (numbers didn't match) he was so nice. He also had me see a lady named Patty who had seen me previously walking in circles, who I had asked to call someone before... so she knew I had been wondering around . Anyways, between the both of them , I went from 'this is why I hate this place ' to, 'that wasn't so bad, I'll come back.' Wasted 30 mins but atleast it ended pleasantly.

40V Vac Attack Cordless Leaf Vacuum/Mulcher with 5.0 Ah Battery and Charger. It doesn’t have enough suction. Leaves get backed up . The first one had to be returned because it was delivered with handle and charger broken. I love my ryobi leave blower and I though the leave vacuum was going to be just as good, but I was mistaken.

Self checkout was fast and Easy !

store nasty dirty everywhere all products covered in dust all the wood on shelf were bent or damaged. employees walking around with head phones in ears never once asked if i need help. one employee walked right by me as i was load 4x8 plywood in my cart by my self. only good was the cashier Jenney she was fast and friendly

Jen G. is one of the best employee's Home Depot has. She was kind, friendly, courteous and went out of her way to make me happy after a very disappointing experience with their delivery service which left me hanging with workers sitting on a job site. No empathy whatsoever from these delivery guys who never even showed up and just decided to take it upon themselves to reschedule me for the next day. NOT GOOD OR PROFESSIONAL.

From the time I arrived associated were nice enough to guide me to whom should I contact for help (electrical department) to actually point out to me what I was exactly looking for.

I like how I go into the store with something vague in mind and I always come out with the things I need for the job. Sometimes even finding things I didn't know existed but are made specifically for what I'm trying to do.

The employee Damian from the cut center in the back was rude and disrespectful and should be fired. I have never had a sales associate tell me in my face that I didn't give the right instructions, that I didn't know what I was doing. And then he walks away to assist another customer with a laughter. This is very shameful that an individual with this garbage behavior got hired to work at the Home Depot.

More employees willing to help you immediately you arrive to the store, very nice treatment and answer your concerns. Cashier very professionals, big line but moved very fast.

There is an incredible amount of a shortage of associates on the floor to assist the customer find the right product that they need or the right size. The aisle we were in Plumbing had ONE male associate talking to a customer for 15 minutes and we lingered around to see if they would finish and they never did. My experience was SO TERRIBLE that a female associate came to ask the male associate a question and my husband tried to flag her down to get some help and was like "No I'm sorry not my aisle". Not professional and not the type of thing you should be responding to a customer. This store needs either an appointment system so people can make an appointment to talk to an associate when they need, a limit on how long an associate should be talking to a customer or to hire more associates. I will not be returning to this store, very chaotic and the female associate was rude. The only pleasant time we had was the cashier who was very lovely.

When I shop at West Dade, I usually find the products I’m looking for. Only had issues in the past with doing online, pickup at store, orders on low stock items. Which I know happens everywhere due to inventory lost in store, in return cards, or lost in overhead overstock. You can probably get assistance if you can find someone in the aisle and ask but don’t expect someone to ask if you need help. The store was as clean as it can get for a hardware store. My biggest issue with this location is the aggressive LP employees that follow you around like if your stealing everything you pick up. Makes it very unpleasant to shop when you feel like a criminal from the time you grab something off the shelf to checking out that item and have the self checkout employee watching over your shoulder to make sure you scanned that item. Happens every time I go to this specific location.
