Very helpful what you’re looking for at the store at Home Depot!

On Monday, August 5th around NOON my wife and I stopped in at Home Depot to purchase a Gorilla Step Stool which was around $42.98. When I went to where the Step Stools were located they didn't have one Step Stool in the spot where they said they had 22 Step Stools in Stock. The lady who was working the Cash Register where they have the Returns when above and beyond to help us out that day. I'm just sorry that we failed to get her name but I thanked her before I left the store and told her how much I appreciated her helpt. She kept me from having to to to the store on Route 355 or in Hanover, PA..

Went to the garden section to buy some gloves. When I tried the gloves on it was filled with something. When I turned then inside out it was mice droppings. I looked in the box and it was also filled with droppings and a mouse looking up at me. Never been so disgusted and when I told an associate all he said was that it was a constant problem.

This store has an excellent staff and the store is well maintained. During my most recent experience I ordered a large item and requested curbside pickup. The process was fast and efficient, I was in and out in very little time. Thank you to the staff at West Frederick Home Depot.

Carol and Gold were extremely helpful during the buying process. They understand their product and was a pleasure to work with.

Went for 8 bags of soil. No one working at the drive thru, go inside, 1 guy in all of the garden center & he’s the 1 cashier. He left the register 3 out of 6 customers on self check out because it’s not really self checkout. Wait for help, a woman says “I’m the only one here”. So, for simple basic help or question, there’s no one around to help. It’s May, garden season, maybe get more help, have 2 guys in drive thru, 1 to collect & 1 to load.

Super store. I would drive extra 20 minutes just to go there and shop. All the staff and managers are friendly. Tracy manager there is so knowledgeable about the products and really loves to take care of her customers. Whenever I go there she always helps me and makes sure I get the best customer service.

I was greeted and got my info where the item was located quickly. ALL in ALL a delightful shopping trip. My project was completed and I am happy

Need red wall blocks and none were accessible. Asked Jennine and she not only retrieved Logan with the forklift but she helped me load them into my vehicle! I will keep coming back as long as Jennine is working there!

Home Depot's employee, Miguel, was so incredibly polite and knowledgeable. All the employees are just wonderful there, but this young man's professional demeanor was just above and beyond outstanding.

Home Depot carries the best quality packing materials if you are looking to prepare for a change in residence. Their "heavy duty cartons" are excellent and their wrapping materials are diverse and not available elsewhere.

Store cashier, Dorothy, was very rude. No greeting upon putting purchases on the counter, no,”thank you”upon completion of purchase even when customer said “ thank you”. Clearly demonstrating she could care less about customer service.

Both Cathrine and Ashley in the Garden dept were extremely delightful. They were both smiling and cheerful. They put a smile on my face and boosted me up. A boost I needed and that I am happy that I got. I am glad I decided to pick up a tree today. Thank you Catherine and Ashley.

Stock in the isles, shelves untidy, staff more interested in personal conversations than helping customers. I received a disgusted look when I stood by two associates attempting to ask a question.

There is several employees in the Home Depot that make my shopping experience awesome. They’re friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

The staff is always so friendly whenever I come in. I have been going there a lot for a remodeling project so many of the employees have become like friends/family to me. If you want quick, friendly, and helpful service, I would really recommend this place.

We are redoing our floors with luxury vinyl. Great selection of colors to choose from. The HD associate was most kind and efficient in her duties to help quickly. All associates in the department we eager to help and most respectful. Would consider doing business again at Home Depot store #2511 on McCain Drive in Frederick, MD.

I was short on time and when I pulled up to the store the parking lot was full. I walked in to the severice desk to pick up a special order door. I was helped right away. 10 minutes and gone. Thanks for knowing how valuable customers time is.

I purchased 40 bags of mulch and had no problems getting assistance from one of their staff. He was courteous and efficient. I'll be sure to shop there the next time I need something for my home.
